We love our new Subaru car… Subaru Crosstrek Hybrid. The process was challenging. Chris Baird worked with us every step of the way. When we felt unsure, he didn’t hesitate to present any option we were interested in. Chris would define the pros for us on each model. Subaru was right on target with trade in value. We were able to do all our business in one place…the Subaru dealers. We have never had a Hybrid car. Chris was so patience informing us of all details. He also spent, as much time as we needed, going over features of our car. We were very comfortable and happy with our new car. Chris is awesome at his job. He is truly an asset to the Subaru dealers. This is my third Forester. I love it as much as I did the first two! The people are professional and friendly. Service has been excellent. My cars have been leased vehicles, under warranty and have not needed repairs !

Tanya kept me updated every step of the way and made what can sometimes feel overwhelming actually enjoyable. I truly appreciated her professionalism and attention to detail.

We recently had the tire pressure light go on and was able to get an appointment in 1 day. The service department even took us in early and the service man was polite and organized. The system is set up so that you always have text access to the department while waiting in a clean and pleasant area with gratis drinks and snacks and a TV. The service was free and at no charge. We have been continuously pleased with this dealership!

Brandon and the staff were so nice and amazing! Every time I come they are quick and so good.

German Deras took very good care of me from the moment I walked in till the moment I was driving away with my car. Personable, knowledgeable, patient, and worked hard to get me a great deal. Of all the Subaru dealerships I looked at, this was by far the best, and German was a very large part of why.

Excellent service, quick repairs, friendly staff. I arrived a bit early for my appointment and they took me immediately. I was out in under an hour. The facility is great and the staff is wonderful.

I brought my car to Clay Subaru after hitting the curb and I knew there was major damage I did not have appointment but they took me in and I told them I would need to rent a loaner but they gave me a loaner at no cost,they look at the car the next day I was right major damage and ask me if I want to file through insurance and I did after all the insurance they repair it in now time through all that time My service advisor Griselle was great keep me informed all the time. That why I always bring it to them all the time I do not bring anywhere else even my other Subaru Legacy too.

Brought my car for a diagnosis. Very nice young man waited on me. Waited about 40 min. Good new, no problem. No charge also!! Highly recommend Metrowest Subaru!!
