We love our new Subaru car… Subaru Crosstrek Hybrid. The process was challenging. Chris Baird worked with us every step of the way. When we felt unsure, he didn’t hesitate to present any option we were interested in. Chris would define the pros for us on each model. Subaru was right on target with trade in value. We were able to do all our business in one place…the Subaru dealers. We have never had a Hybrid car. Chris was so patience informing us of all details. He also spent, as much time as we needed, going over features of our car. We were very comfortable and happy with our new car. Chris is awesome at his job. He is truly an asset to the Subaru dealers. I brought my car to Clay Subaru after hitting the curb and I knew there was major damage I did not have appointment but they took me in and I told them I would need to rent a loaner but they gave me a loaner at no cost,they look at the car the next day I was right major damage and ask me if I want to file through insurance and I did after all the insurance they repair it in now time through all that time My service advisor Griselle was great keep me informed all the time. That why I always bring it to them all the time I do not bring anywhere else even my other Subaru Legacy too.

Everyone was very, very helpful and kind it made the buying process quite easy. It was a used car and it wasn?t even a Subaru yet they seem to know everything about it and when I picked it up, the car was as clean as if it was brand new.

It was a very seamless experience. They were very communicative and engaging. I received a video from the mechanic master (I think it?s the title) letting me know the things he recommends working on. Which I did! They asked for approval before proceeding. So I knew what exactly I was paying for. I?m very very pleased with the results. My baby (Forester wilderness) feels brand new.
