Went in for an oil change, was charged $153 and Marco honored a previous price I received on a prior oil change after looking up the prior receipt. That was a very much appreciated gesture.

Ken Ganley Subaru Bedford review
?????????? We had an excellent experience purchasing our new Subaru Forester from Ken Ganley Subaru Bedford. From our first conversations through financing and delivery, the entire process was professional, straightforward, and low-pressure. Communication was clear, our questions were answered honestly, and we always felt like the team was working with us rather than trying to push us into a decision. We did a great deal of research before purchasing, including comparing vehicles, pricing, financing, and dealerships throughout the area. In the end, we felt very comfortable choosing Ken Ganley Subaru Bedford, and the experience confirmed that decision. A few items needed to be addressed before delivery, and the dealership followed through and made sure everything was handled before we took the vehicle home. We also appreciated the help we received from the sales, finance, service, and parts teams throughout the process. Buying a new vehicle can easily become stressful, but this was one of the smoothest and most positive dealership experiences we have had. We are very happy with our new Forester and would absolutely recommend Ken Ganley Subaru Bedford to anyone shopping for a Subaru. Five stars from us.

Great service! I will definitely return. Ask for Christie. Facilities are great and they are highly responsive. Location is ideally situated for me as well. Although I am having trouble finding twenty five words for my review

When getting my routine oil change, I had learned that my front brakes were rusted out and seized. I was told that the procedure would take over 3 hours, but it was finished in one. I get all of my Subaru parts and services from Ken Ganley Subaru in Bedford.

Ken Ganley Subaru North Olmsted review
Overall this was the best new car buying experience I have ever had. I had a very pleasant, competent and helpful sales person who worked hard to find me the vehicle that I wanted. I was offered a fair price on the new vehicle I purchased without any haggling. The Sales Manager and Finance Manager were also pleasant to work with. I am happy with my new car purchase, and glad that I chose Subaru of North Olmstead to buy from.

Ken Ganley Subaru North Olmsted review
Amanda DeHart in the service department office is a gem! She is knowledgeable, customer friendly and extremely helpful by prioritizing the services needed and breaking them down into more than one appointment which helps me keep to my budget. I suggested that it would be a nice addition for the service mechanics to reset the clock to reset the time, because I have difficulty doing so. She immediately said ?I?ll set the clock for you!? That?s what I call really good customer sr service!!
