Used Subaru Crosstrek for sale near Elmhurst, IL

Took the car in as I was hearing a slight thumping sound that I felt should not be happening. In no time I was told that I should have had the tires rotated that I had over-looked. Derik notified me of the problem, the solution and there was no charge

We love our new Subaru car… Subaru Crosstrek Hybrid. The process was challenging. Chris Baird worked with us every step of the way. When we felt unsure, he didn’t hesitate to present any option we were interested in. Chris would define the pros for us on each model. Subaru was right on target with trade in value. We were able to do all our business in one place…the Subaru dealers. We have never had a Hybrid car. Chris was so patience informing us of all details. He also spent, as much time as we needed, going over features of our car. We were very comfortable and happy with our new car. Chris is awesome at his job. He is truly an asset to the Subaru dealers. Great experience, I knew what I was looking for before I had even arrived, Patrick Johnson was excellent. Not only did he show me exactly what I was looking for he even gave me the tour of the facility and of my brand new vehicle. He and the team worked with me to get a fair finance offer, I was in and out onto the open road in record time, excellent service and extremely informative. I love my crosstrek limited.I only have 2 complaints but it not really the car its my prefrence. I have always had cars that the doors locked automatically when you left it as long as you had the key.The cross trek doesnt have that and it drives me insane.I am forever forgetting to lock it by the door handle or key fob.My second complaint is it has heated everything except the steering wheel.I like that in the winter but other than that its a great car so far.I have only had it a month so Im not sure how it handles in the snow yet.

My experience at Grand Subaru was grand. They did my oil change and checked my car for weaknesses. My Crosscheck passed with flying colors. My car is 10 years old and was the first hybrid back in 2016. When I received my color it was cleaned inside and out. I loved it!

very good on gas and the seats are very comfortable and luv the safety features and like how i can connect my iPhone and use the star link. also enjoy the heated seats are a plus

Too early to be sure of reliability, but my previous 4 subarus were great. I came here to say how much I like this new purchase, a used '24. Great cruise features. Good power & performance (2.5L) so I'm happy with the CVT. I just love it. They're still a bit lighter and noisier than the outback/legacy versions.

I and my wife only use the dealer's services for maintenence and repairs. We are always satisfied with the quality of the repairs and the friendliness of the office technicians

I bought the 2025 Crosstrek even though the gas mileage wasn't great and I am glad I did. While sticker said to expect 28-31 miles per gallon, I am getting 32-35 on the highway and definitely more than 28 in stop and go traffic. It is also a good car for older drivers like me. I didn't realize I was often outside my lane. The lane departure function has improved my driving. The Crosstrek also has a large screen for maps and apple car play, so I am not looking down to navigate. I highly recommend this car for older drivers who need the safety features and don't drive enough to make a hybrid worth the extra money.

The sales person listened to what we were telling him, and did not try to push options / addon that we were not interested in. This was probably the most streamlined car buying experience that we have had.

This is our first Subaru and we couldn’t be happier. Handles extremely well, gets about 30 mpg (average), and keeps me focused on the road. High feature car for the price. Technology galore! Fun to drive and has plenty of pep when you need it. We chose the “Sport” model for its look and inviting interior.

I love my 2024 Subaru Crosstrek! It's great in all weather conditions, which is one of the main reasons I bought it. I live in the Buffalo area and I needed a good car for the snowy winters. It's roomy enough to hold plenty of luggage and even my dog's large crate but easy to maneuver and park. I love all the safety features and special features such as the large media display.

I needed a Ford dealership to take care of a couple of recall notices on a 2023 Bronco I purchased used from a non Ford dealership a year ago. I had received a brochure from Hawk Ford in St.Charles, Illinois, and decided to give them a try. To make a long story short, customer service arranged for a pickup of my vehicle at my home the very next day as well as a more than reasonable time frame for the repair, and then delivered my vehicle back to my home about a half hour ahead of the originally scheduled time frame. Because of the fact that I needed recall repair work, there was no charge for either the pickup and delivery, or the actual repairs.The courtesy and customer service extended to me actually left.me speechless. All I have left to say is, I now have a Ford dealership I can rely on. Thanks again Hawk Ford.

This car is perfect for me. It reminds me a lot of my 2002 Forester which I liked very much, but with all the new technology and a lot more pep. It also rides a lot smoother. It just so happens to be one inch longer than my Forester. So, the visibility and spacing is exactly what I want. The variable cruise control and lane control virtually drive the car by itself. I no longer get stressed driving in rush hour traffic and I no longer get tired during long drives. The ground clearance and all wheel drive make it easier to drive in snow. It's the perfect car for anyone, not just an old guy like me.

I ended up hitting a curb on my way to get an oil change and got a flat tire. I was rather upset about this. I called and they were very understanding and said they would be ready for me when I got there. I was worried about how much it would cost, how much time it would take, would there be a tire, would I need a rental, etc. Kevin looked up my tire coverage, found me a tire, replaced it and did my alignment. I believe it was all taken care of within 2 hours - maybe less! Fast and all with friendliness. I was so relieved!!
