Used 2020 Subaru Forester for sale near Bedford, OH

The Forester is the first SUV I ever owned. It has had a few issues, but the dealership, Kenny Ross in Irwin Pa, has always been top notch in customer service. First issue was the orignal tires went bald after only 10,000 miles. I called Kenny Ross and they said they would contact corporate. Got 4 new tires at no charge. Next issue I did not even know I had. Took it in for an oil change and they tell me I need a new CVT. Didn't know I had a problem. No charge again. Last issue was a radio that kept giving an error message and would not work. Took four visits to isolate the problem, but now have a new radio that brings in more stations. Again for free. Highly recommend the bumper to bumper warranty. Money well spent.

Everything was good except I felt there was a lack of communication and updates on the vehicle and lack of a accurate time frame of when it would be done

I have a 2020 Forester with 19000 miles. I love it, especially as a tall and aging man. It it easy to drive, easy to get in and get out. Miles per gallon is great, typically well over 30 mpg in day to day city driving. I have noticed a number of complaints about batteries. I think in 2019-2020 they had a bad supplier of batteries. My experience was total battery failure at about 10000 miles. I had to purchase a replacement from AAA. Such stories were common during that period. I was irritated but received reimbursement even though it is not typical for a dealer/car company to do so. Smart dealers want to keep your business. The only other expenses were created by potholes knocking the car out of allignment and nails in parking lots puncturing the same tire twice! Sweep your xxxx parking lots retailers and restaurants.

Fair deal with all parties involved. Listened to my goal and fulfilled that goal after a few false starts, car looks very nice and was explained with all its safety features

This is my first Subaru and I’m so impressed! Just a great drive! I love the safety and convenience features…but I also just love to drive again!!!

At 78 we had a hard time getting in and out of my Acura TLX. This vehicle is so much better for my wife and myself. Vehicle has more interior space, rides smoother, more safety features, better gas mileage, etc. Only time will tell if it is as reliable. Had the car now for 2 months.

Stupendous sales team!! Worked together to get the deal done! Nice inventory to pick from and very well educated sales staff to go over the functions of all the options and how they work. I'm old school... used to knobs, not all these fancy buttons.

This is the second time I have purchased a vehicle from Don Sitts automotive and just like before the entire experience was excellent. I inquired about a vehicle last Tuesday online and was quickly responded to from sales agent Todd. My questions were quickly answered as he confirmed the cars I inquired about were available. I advised Todd of my availability for Wednesday and was very accommodating. I test drove the vehicle I thought I wasn’t going to get and I was unsure. Todd then showed me the second vehicle I inquired about the next day (Thursday). The entire time Todd was very patient and professional! I am a repeat customer and the Mazda vehicle speaks for itself... but GREAT customer Service cannot. When I was shopping to renew my lease, I was able to contact Charles Clark in VW - as I thought I might switch from Mazda to VW. When we could not get the pricing to work, Charles sent me to Ravi Patel. He was helpful, kind and very knowledgeable about all the products in my inquiries. Through the deal, I also met with Joel Cruz. He was a whiz at getting me the best price, the best vehicle and provided the best service. Now, I do not live close... I live about 35 miles away... but I will ALWAYS come back to Brunswick for this high quality of service. Kudos to Brunswick for doing it right! I bought a new Outback from Tony last week. The process was straightforward and transparent. He took the time to help me feel comfortable with the technology that is built into the cars these days. I think its cool that they partner with Rescue Village. There are number of dogs around the dealership looking for new homes. Tony showed me around the dealership including the service area where I will bring my car for its oil change’s I would recommend Adventure to someone who is looking for a new car.

All very good, except a small complaint. My seat was re adjusted and my mileage counter was re set. I didn?t think they had to disconnect the battery for what they did. Just sayin.
