Great Car-Buying Experience at Wagner Subaru!

Wagner Subaru’s efficient sales process and our salesman’s low-pressure sales approach contributed to a pleasant car-buying experience. Worth the hour+ drive! I am confident that I got a quality pre-owned 2015 Forester with low miles at a fair price. Purchasing a car is always an anxious experience for me or my wife, however, we were quickly put at ease by the staff and our salesperson, Will Xue. They excellently practiced what Wagner Subaru advertises a person should expect from the car-buying experience. They focused on us, the customer, and greeted us warmly as we walked in. They enabled us to test drive a vehicle I was interested in while waiting for Will to finish up with another customer. Once we decided to get serious about a possible purchase, it was one-stop shopping through the entire process with Will. He showed us the numbers (including their profit margin) and checked my credit score. At my request, Will checked and found financing at a rate better than what I’d already been pre-approved for. He drew up an order, quickly made adjustments to it as we worked our way through several financing scenarios. He checked the current market to adjust the vehicle’s price which turned out to be $1000 less than their advertised online price. Then we talked trade-in and I was very pleased with the amount I received. Will quickly added the trade-in value to the down payment and we completed the deal. We drove the Forester home that afternoon! We were quickly in and out in about an hour and a half.
