Outstanding vehicle. Quiet, dependable, comfortable. Acceptable power and economy. Pity the turbo is no longer available. This is our fourth Subie. No issues with any of them. Change the oil every six months and do the timing belt at 100K miles and it’s good for 200K plus.

Great experience, I knew what I was looking for before I had even arrived, Patrick Johnson was excellent. Not only did he show me exactly what I was looking for he even gave me the tour of the facility and of my brand new vehicle. Quick and friendly service. Always feels comprehensive for what the vehicle needs/what mileage it is at. Clean and quiet waiting room. However, sometimes they don’t come and let you know that your vehicle is done being serviced in person. This last time I was only texted that my car was done. My phone was silenced so I didn’t see the notification for about 15min. Seems like that could have been more direct so that the customer could know right away.

I always go to Berman when it comes to servicing my subaru. My last associate-kevin he's very good, knows the problem & straightforward. Do not talk that we have to do this & that....what I've requested that's it-simple!
