Suburban Subaru of Troy review
Fantastic staff and relaxing waiting area. The prices are reasonable for going to a dealership, but the employees really make the experience. I've had no issues with unnecessary upselling or "bad vibes" and am so glad I purchased my Subaru here! They also have some great discounted maintenance packages that have been very useful so far

Great service rep, resolved issues and worked with me to keep me up to date.
2026 Subaru Forester review
Rid is my third Subaru since 1984. First was a Subaru station wagon, had for 20 yrs, 220,000 miles. Second was a 2004 Subaru Forester. Just sold to another individual for $2,000 with 184,000 miles on it. Still running, original air, only issue was check engine light being on and couldn’t find what issue was. New owner thinks he may have identified and hoping to be fixed. I was hoping he might get another 100,000 miles out of car. He said he would be thrilled with 50,000. Just bought a brand new 2026 basic Forester. Love it even with all the new electronics on it.

Subaru of Ann ArborReviews
Subaru of Ann Arbor review
I had two great salesman (Toyota of Ann Arbor) Zachary Hall & Jeremy McNaughton (Subaru of Ann Arbor). I originally came in to work with Zachary Hall on a 2018 Toyota Highlander. Well after test driving it, I wasn't too impressed with it. So he introduced me to Jeremy McNaughton at the Subaru dealership nextdoor to the Toyota dealership (their owned by the same owner). Well anyway so I test drove a 2020 Subaru Ascent. I fell in love with it! It drove so smooth and comfortable Ride. Even though it was late Jeremy his manager and Noah Norzaimi (Finance) stayed late to make the deal! I left at 9:30pm on Thursday and came back the next day (Friday) to sign the paperwork. I have worked with several dealerships over the years and the experience I received from both Toyota and Subaru of Ann Arbor is hands down the best service that I have ever received! The communication prior to coming in was great. I traded in my 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan. I will continue to come back and tell all friends and family to come here! Thank you Zachary, Jeremy & Noah for all your help! Diana Deaton
2026 Subaru Forester review
I just recently purchased my first Subaru although all of my family members owned them for years. I purchased a touring Forester and I love it It is spacious and very quiet and ride beautifully. It's a great value and my insurance company agrees with the safeties of Subaru.

Always friendly and on time. Only problem is that you are hounded constantly to provide a review of your experience, even for something like an oil change. I appreciate their wanting feedback but they go overboard in the multiple ways they reach out for the review and never stop until one is provided. Total harassment.

Subaru of Ann Arbor review
No pressure from staff, but very decent helpful folks. Very comfortable environment to look at and test drive vehicle. Would recommend Ann Arbor Subaru to anyone interested in their line up. Not intending on purchasing but everything and everyone made it an easy decision. You will be in good hands with the team!
2026 Subaru Forester review
This is my second Subaru, I just returned a 2024 Crosstrek, after three different Rav4’s I lease. I got the 2026 Subaru Forester Onyx Sport Edition. It’s all blacked out, with 17 inch wheels and Harmon audio, remote start, panoramic sunroof, all the safety features you name. I am in love with this thing so much higher up than the Crosstrek, more pick up, roomier, just all around better. I even like it better than any of my Ravs.

Excellent service; JZ was so accommodating and trustworthy. I appreciated his low key approach. The process was expeditious. I was also incredibly grateful for the investment the dealer made in the car to pass on a reliable vehicle.
2026 Subaru Forester review
Dwayne Pruit is one of the best sales person I've met. Answered all of the questions I had were answered and it was a smooth and easy process. Thanks Dwayne and Crown Subaru of Chattanooga, TN.

Great experience. From the first time I contacted the dealership via email, our sales guy- Mark Johnston - gave the information I asked for, no pressure, just knowledgeable, straightforward info and answers to my questions. He and the sales manager Dave made a deal for me that no other dealership was willing to make, and I bought two cars from them. Great experience.

Byers Dublin Subaru review
My wife and I went in to just look at new Subaru's with no intention on actually buying one at that time. As we were browsing the lot, we were greeted by a very friendly salesperson, Renae Marcum. After a conversation with her, we looked around at various new (and a few used) models of Outback. She put no pressure on us at all to purchase anything, and even stayed with us answering our numerous questions, even after telling her we had no plans to buy right now. We knew at some point we wanted to upgrade our car to something larger for camping and cross-country travels. After taking home a brochure and researching the Subaru web site a bit, we decided that we did want to buy a car now. We had decided on the Outback Wilderness in Geyser blue. We contacted Renae with our decision to order a new vehicle with our desired options. Lucky for us they already had a Geyser blue ordered from Subaru that had not made it to the assembly line yet. They were able to put in a change order to get the exact options we wanted on the vehicle. A few weeks later, it showed up just a week before a scheduled 3,500 mile trip to 5 National parks. The car was delivered with a very thorough walk through of all the features and how to use them. This made our trip 1000 times better then expected. We love the car and have had no issues with it at all. Renae and Byers Subaru were extremely friendly, helpful, no pressure, and had great communication throughout the entire process. I would definitely buy from them again, and I will recommend them to all of my friends and family. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had.
