Faulkner Subaru of MechanicsburgReviews
Faulkner Subaru of Mechanicsburg review
From initial contacts to a ‘hit’ on a choice ‘21 Forester Sport to our purchase of same, our dealings with Faulkner Subaru Mechanicsburg have been nothing short of fantastic! Their entire team, from Receptionist to Sales (Danielle Rhodes was GREAT!), to Finance to Management - all were accommodating, respectful, and very informative. We never felt ‘pushed’. Having purchased 15 cars over 53 years, and me having worked for a while in automotive sales, we know a bit about car dealerships good and bad. This was our best car buying experience ever! Faulkner Subaru Mechanicsburg offers great cars, competitively priced, that are backed by a team of professionals that are pleasant to do business with! We highly recommend Faulkner Subaru Mechanicsburg for your next automotive purchase! Ask for Danielle - you’ll be in good hands!
2026 Subaru Forester review
I bought this 2026 Subaru Forester Premium to replace the 2026 KIA Sportage that we had bought back in November 25. The KIA wasn't bad but the service department sucks. It had peeling paint on the bumper, and they denied the warranty claim, I started thinking if they are going to deny peeling paint what happens when something goes wrong with the engine or transmission. So much for their 10-year 100,000-mile warranty, what a joke. We currently own a 2024 Subaru Outback and now the 2026 Subaru Forester. All of the Subarus that we have own have treated us good, just make sure that keep up with maintenance and they last a long time. Landers Mclartys Subaru in Huntsville, AL, treated very fair with our trade-in and price on both vehicles,

Great no pressure sales. Thorough and detailed explanation of vehicle technology. Easy to work with.
2026 Subaru Forester review
This is my second Subaru, I just returned a 2024 Crosstrek, after three different Rav4’s I lease. I got the 2026 Subaru Forester Onyx Sport Edition. It’s all blacked out, with 17 inch wheels and Harmon audio, remote start, panoramic sunroof, all the safety features you name. I am in love with this thing so much higher up than the Crosstrek, more pick up, roomier, just all around better. I even like it better than any of my Ravs.

Faulkner Subaru of Mechanicsburg review
I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service at Faulkner Subaru in Mechanicsburg. While I have not been entirely happy with our Subaru Outback, the outstanding customer service here is truly making me reconsider keeping the SUV. I brought my vehicle in with a check engine light and several other issues. I was incredibly impressed by the professionalism and efficiency of the Service Manager, Michael, and my advisor, Ashley. They went above and beyond by ensuring the repairs were covered under warranty and pushing to get the work completed on time. Ashley kept me updated throughout the day, even sharing a video from the technician, Josh, who clearly explained the diagnosis and repair plan. This experience clearly highlights the excellent service culture Michael has established. Please pass along my gratitude to the team for a job well done.
2026 Subaru Forester review
Rid is my third Subaru since 1984. First was a Subaru station wagon, had for 20 yrs, 220,000 miles. Second was a 2004 Subaru Forester. Just sold to another individual for $2,000 with 184,000 miles on it. Still running, original air, only issue was check engine light being on and couldn’t find what issue was. New owner thinks he may have identified and hoping to be fixed. I was hoping he might get another 100,000 miles out of car. He said he would be thrilled with 50,000. Just bought a brand new 2026 basic Forester. Love it even with all the new electronics on it.

Faulkner Subaru of Mechanicsburg review
We bought a Certified Pre-Owed Outback. The price was reasonable (though we wanted more reasonable). We managed a fair price that included the CPO Wrap warranty at a fair price and a few accessories no additional charge. After the purchase I realized there was no owners manual and or sales person got me a full set of owners manual’s and warranty books for our exact model and year. The whole reason we ended up with that car was because our salesperson, Courtney, had followed up with me and notified me about this particular vehicle becoming available. Great work on her part! Overall I find the experience with this dealership to be positive. Everyone seems genuinely interested in the customer and making it a good experience.
2026 Subaru Forester review
I just recently purchased my first Subaru although all of my family members owned them for years. I purchased a touring Forester and I love it It is spacious and very quiet and ride beautifully. It's a great value and my insurance company agrees with the safeties of Subaru.
