I am indeed very much indebted to Subaru service personnel Mr Vitaly. He is efficient and helpful. He is some I can count on to deliver my request. I have known him for the last Yelebe years. He is a great asset to Subaru management.

Although the used car that I had looked on online had been sold, I was able to get a new Crosstrek to meet my wishlist!

The service prices are fair. I like the video from the service tech describing the work he did. I was sent as a text message. Fairly cool new thing.

They have never let me down. The customer experience is just stellar. It make me a loyal Subaru buyer. I also have a Prius but the service places are horrible. It is a shame since the Prius is a great car. I was consistently disappointed by the Owings Mills repair site. Well back to the stars - reliable and they support your maintenance of your car. Big thank you to Johnny Figueroa for his help throughout my buying process. He was relatable, patient, and understanding, doing his best to help meet my needs from test drives up until the pricing conversation. Having driven a Swedish brand no longer in production for almost 40 years I was dreading the experience of buying a new car. I tried six brands at as many dealerships, and not only was the Outback head and shoulders about the rest, everyone at AutoNation Subaru from the sales personnel to the loan specialist to the lovely young many who took an hour to explain all the new tech to me were knowledgeable, patient, and kind. They even helped me to move my dog crate from car to car to be sure my search dog would be safe and comfortable in the new vehicle.
