Have used both service and sales (two new cars). Top tier all around. Honest, fast work at very good prices. No extra work added. Insights shared to prevent problems down the road. Willingness to go the extra mile. No haggle pricing but willing to match any real price. Great finance too. Simple process.

Heritage Subaru Owings Mills review
Went to the service center for breaking issue and had a pleasure working with Nikki French. She's awesome! She took a time to listen to my concern and explained the whole process and possible cost, made sure I was well informed every step. Although they couldn't find any error on my car, she took extra time to make sure my car is running safe. Everyone at Subaru service center is nice, but Nikki is truly exceptional! Thank you, Nikki for making this experience so positive and stress-free!

Herb Gordon SubaruReviews
Herb Gordon Subaru review
I've had consistently excellent experiences over the past seven years bringing my car to Herb Gordon Subaru, especially due to my Service Advisor Vitaliy Khlebnikov. He's been thorough and clear explaining needed repairs, and has taken me into the service bay to meet and talk with the technicians. Best of all his calm, professional approach and reliable communication have made my service visits the least stressful of any I've experienced. The technicians have all been excellent, and the ability to get timely appointments is major plus. And I very much appreciate the free loaner!

This is my second Outback purchased at FitzMall, last one in 2011. Turned in the older one with 135K and bought a beautiful 2019 with only 16K. Appreciate the "no hassle, no haggle" pricing and the "no pressure," service of Darrin and Scott. Manny, who handled financing was also terrific. Look forward to visiting the excellent service department in the future, especially my favorite Ismael. All in all, a great experience.

Herb Gordon Subaru review
The employees at Herb Gordon Subaru are outstanding! I always work with Vitaliy and he goes above and beyond when it comes to servicing my car. I used to hate going to dealerships, especially for service, but this one is different. Thank you Vitaliy and the rest of the team for making something as routine as an oil change a great experience.
2026 Subaru Forester review
Rid is my third Subaru since 1984. First was a Subaru station wagon, had for 20 yrs, 220,000 miles. Second was a 2004 Subaru Forester. Just sold to another individual for $2,000 with 184,000 miles on it. Still running, original air, only issue was check engine light being on and couldn’t find what issue was. New owner thinks he may have identified and hoping to be fixed. I was hoping he might get another 100,000 miles out of car. He said he would be thrilled with 50,000. Just bought a brand new 2026 basic Forester. Love it even with all the new electronics on it.

2/27/2025 Service Visit Excellent visit with great service. Service department called me to discuss waiting time prior to my departure. I was greeted and treated extremely well during visit. I waited in their service department lounge. Wait time was as discussed. Miguel the service agent kept me informed of progress, discussed the service performed, confirmed what services were due in the future. Asked me if I wanted car wash and got that done quickly. I am very fond of the dealership even after it changed hands from previous ownership. Great job by IG Burton. I will keep bringing my 2022 Outback here for service, where I purchased the vehicle, even though it is further than the dealership near me. I also stopped into the customer service department to ask a question about my Subaru application and was happy with the friendly agent and the time spent answering my question.

Another fantastic service and repair at Jones Subaru. I am always very pleased with the service and staff professionalism there. The repair work on my wheel rim was exceptional. The wheel rim had some scratches and looks brand new! I am so glad I purchased Dr. Jones when I bought my Crosstrek. Also, Mark, the shuttle driver, was very courteous. I have never dealt with such a professional car dealership. I will be purchasing all my future Subarus at this dealership.

2026 Subaru Forester review
I just recently purchased my first Subaru although all of my family members owned them for years. I purchased a touring Forester and I love it It is spacious and very quiet and ride beautifully. It's a great value and my insurance company agrees with the safeties of Subaru.

Although the used car that I had looked on online had been sold, I was able to get a new Crosstrek to meet my wishlist!
2026 Subaru Forester review
This is my second Subaru, I just returned a 2024 Crosstrek, after three different Rav4’s I lease. I got the 2026 Subaru Forester Onyx Sport Edition. It’s all blacked out, with 17 inch wheels and Harmon audio, remote start, panoramic sunroof, all the safety features you name. I am in love with this thing so much higher up than the Crosstrek, more pick up, roomier, just all around better. I even like it better than any of my Ravs.

i.g. Burton Subaru of Glen Burnie review
I had an exceptional experience with Bik Shrestha at i.g. Burton Subaru. From start to finish, he was incredibly patient and thorough in helping me find the perfect car. He took the time to understand my needs, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed or pressured to make a decision. It was such a refreshing experience compared to others I’ve had in the past. What really stood out was his thoughtfulness — he made sure I was comfortable with every step of the process, from test-driving on different roads to explaining all the features and options available. It was clear he genuinely cared about helping me find the best fit, not just making a sale. I also truly appreciate the follow-up after purchasing the vehicle. Bik took the time to check in and make sure everything was going smoothly with my new CrossTrek, offering additional tips and ensuring I was completely satisfied. It’s not often you experience such excellent post-sale service, and it really made a difference in how much I value the entire experience. Because of the outstanding service I received, I will definitely refer friends and family to Bik and IG Burton Subaru in the future. If you're in the market for a new car, I highly recommend working with them — their professionalism, care, and dedication made the whole process seamless and stress-free!
