Paul dicarlo was great. He was there start to finish and made me feel very comfortable buying a car . This was my first time and he made it very easy. He also stuck by me through my difficult financing options. Paul is a great asset to your company. I dont even remember the name of who helped me after.

This is the 2nd Legacy I've owned. They are fantastic vehicles, no issues, does better than imagined in snow. I've already purchased my 3rd. The only reason I get rid of them is because I drive 30k miles/yr and I don't like having vehicles over 100k. I averaged about 32 mpg over the life of the car (mostly highway).
The last time I bought a car, I felt hustled. The last time my wife bought a car, we both felt hustled. This is the first time buying a car, that we both felt happy. Franco was helpful, attentive and thoughtful - he followed up during the purchase but wasn't over the top. It's our first Subaru, and we are impressed with the car quality, as well as the dealership (so far). I'm happy to recommend Franco, Subaru, and Clay Subaru.

I've only had the car for a short time so far the car is very comfortable. Very easy to drive has excellent stirring control no blind spots, back up camera is very clear. Came in looking for a Forester left with a Legacy great purchase.
Inquired about my used Tacoma online and was contacted promptly the next morning by Brittany in Internet Sales. I was working so a family member took the drive down from NH for me and was met by my sales rep Tony at the door. Tony was extremely helpful and knowledgeable even though the truck was a trade in for them. I would recommend asking for him if you're interested in a car at this dealership. Finance department was fine, they pushed for me to let them run my credit even though I had already secured financing. Just doing their job, but they were unable to get me a lower rate and added another hard inquiry to my report. All in all I would highly recommend this dealership as my experience was great.

Great solid vehicle overall. Defiantly lacks horsepower, it could use more ’get up and go’. If I decided to purchase another Lagacy, I’ll defiantly go for the 3.6R trim (V6). Easy to use interior features and fairly priced.
before I purchased my crosstrek, I researched several models and prices. I searched high and low for a dealership that would provide me with personal experience without ripping me off or treating me like just another customer. I was told by several other dealerships that my cost would be $3000 more and it would be 10 weeks to get the color that I wanted. Not to mention, some other places were very rude. When I came to Clay Subaru, I was immediately treated respectfully and I felt important to every single person there. Franco has a very down-to-earth personality and kept me updated each step of the way. Within a week, he secured the exact model and color that I was looking for. He was just excited about finding it as I was. A couple days later, I drove off the lot with my beautiful new car and saved a money. Made sure we were happy with our purchase.At delivery thoroughly explained all the features of the vehicle and answered any questions. Prep. of the vehicle was also done very well. A pleasure- but longer than 2009-harder to park

The car is a pleasure to drive, and gets through tough driving conditions with ease. It is very comfortable to sit in as both the passenger and driver. There are only 2 downsides 1. It's length. It is considerably longer than the 2009, so it needs roomier parking spots! 2. the bright blue rims around the dashboard meters are very distracting.
Al Pagliarulo was excellent to work with on the purchase of my 2019 Forrester Limited which I picked up yesterday. This is my first Subaru so I had lots of questions before I purchased the car, did 3 test drives, and had lots of questions when I picked up the car to be sure I knew how to work everything. Throughout the process Al was professional, no pressure, and answered all my questions. In general, I was pleased to find the atmosphere at Patrick friendly and respectful. I liked being greeted by the sales manager Susan whenever I walked in. All the staff seem to work well as a team. None of the craziness and hard sell you find at other places. I LOVE my new Subaru! It was a great choice for me!

Had a great experience prurchasing my 2018 Subaru impreza from Anchor Subaru. We were able to negotiate a price I was happy to pay, that was less than any other dealer in the area. After owning my Subaru for two weeks, someone dented my car in the parking lot, brought in in to see if it could be "poped" out and the dealership was able to get the dent out and did not charge me. I would highly recommed Anchor Subaru to my family and firends.
I was driving my 2015 Subaru Legacy to the store, right before I got there I lost all power. I tried to heve it jumped, bought a new battery and had it towed to my house. After two days of research and searching I found a blown main fuse ($6.00)....now absolutely no problems.....just wanted to share
I have been looking for a particular pre owned car for two months. Mostly big franchise new car dealers who also sell used vehicles. I was somewhat hesitant to look at vehicles from a pre owned only dealer. I had no real reason just my incorrect way of thinking. Automax of Attleboro was a pleasant surprise. Great inventory and some very fair pricing. They had the car I wanted and priced it where I needed to be and were also fair on my trade. Leo did a great job and was honest. Robert in finance is right out of central casting and got he job done for me. Very good experience and recommend them highly if you are in the market for a quality pre owned vehicle.
Legacy is a fantastic vehicle.

Our Subaru Legacy has been a joy to own. The safety and reliability of this car are well known, and we have had the same experience. All the interior features are intuitive and well executed.

I have been impressed with the performance of this car. However there are a couple of fit and finish issues. The dashboard is clunky and the user interface is poor. Beyond that it’s pretty perfect.
…. Oh yes - and the Subaru is pretty fab also ;)
I have never bought a new car in the US but have been well aware of the challenges and mythology surrounding said endeavor — all of which were quickly confirmed the instant I was pushed through the front doors of two Subaru dealerships - So a couple of weeks ago we broke free from the gravitational pull of the “Atlantic nebula”, took a wide birth around and away from the blackhole better known as the “Quirk-effect” and plotted a course to Planet Subaru.
Planet Subaru - It is obvious to us that you value both your employees and customers. Everyone we met in the sales Debt, Dave in finance, the service desk and the customers by the coffee machine … where all simply smiling - chatty and relaxed, and from our perspective that is all that was required.
Dale - Beth and I are so pleased with having met and worked Derek and Milo - intelligent, funny, patient, knowledgable and a great sense of asking the right question and the right time ……… and that was just Milo ! Both Derek and Milo are indeed assets to your company.
My only complaint is the ridiculous long services intervals as 6000 miles is way too long to wait to drive up to Planet and absorb some more of your positive and relaxed energy. I will be up sooner than my scheduled service decrees - no doubt !
I am not sure what you raison d’être is but … “bloody well done" and keep at it !

I recently got a Subaru Legacy so that I had something better on gas, and good in the snow. This car feels indestructible in common weather (I live in PA with some pretty extreme seasons). I do a lot of driving as I have an hour daily commute (there and back) to both work and college. My car, which I have named Tony, is attractive to the eye both inside and out. Everyone comments on how gorgeous my car is as it is sleek but still performs beautifully. This car wasn't as expensive as many other makes, especially for it only being around 3 years old. It had only one previous owner who has kept it in good shape! VERY glad to have made an investment in such a all around amazing car, my Subaru Legacy really is the whole package.
