Mission Viejo Kia was great. Mike was awesome and got me in the Kia Forte that I wanted. He was super helpful going over everything with me. I was never pressured in getting anything I didn't want. Going through the process of buying a new car can be stressful but I didn't feel that here. I appreciated their help.

Turn signals do not have a loud sound. They are very low My 2016 Outback has nice loud turn signals. You cannot turn your radio off. The only way not to hear it is to put the sound real low. Two major complaints I have

Professional and superb customer service. Was dealing with a check engine light. They go out the way to make sure customer is taken care off.

2023 Subaru Outback Limited XT. A great station wagon (it’s not really a SUV). Comfortable leather seats, smooth ride and extremely quick with the turbo. If you don’t need seating for eight, you have no need for the Ascent. Same engine and cargo capacity and ground clearance, lower to the ground, faster, better handling and several thousand dollars cheaper. Standard all wheel drive. Full safety suite. 11.6” infotainment system is really closer to 8” as the climate control takes the additional 3.6”. The Harmon Kardon sound system will blow your doors off. Good in car navigation. Wireless Apple Car Play and Android Auto. Hands free tailgate. 0-60 in 5.8 on regular gas. Standard roof rails. Even has heated outboard rear seats. If you’re considering a midsize or smaller SUV you owe it to yourself to drive this first.

I?ve never taken my car anywhere except Irvine Subaru. The service team are always helpful, friendly, and professional. Quality work at reasonable prices.

The Touring XT has all the bells and whistles of a luxury SUV for a lower price point. The extra turbo thrust is impressive! It has a very comfortable ride for long trips.

I traded in my 2015 Outback and am now one month into driving my 2023 vehicle which I quite like. But I have a serious complaint about the new headlight system Subaru is using. I drive many unlit country roads that have quite a few short but somewhat steep hills. When heading on a flat the low beam lights do an okay, not great but okay, job of illuminating the road in front (the2015 was better). But when heading downhill, the line of decmarcation between the lit and unlit field of vision area often does not seem to extend far enough forward to allow me to see even 25 yards ahead. When traveling at 35 or 40 mph, I find this dangerous and unnerving. While driving 35 mph downhill on a 40 or 50 yard stretch of the road on 2/18/23 I was unable to see far enough forward and therefore slow down in time before hitting a cat. Additionally, the display screen requires me to take my eyes off the road far too often to see what control I might be touching, be that a temperature control, a radio station, or something else. Those things not withstanding I like the car.

It’s a great car! The interior is very nice and easy to use, the car looks amazing, it heats up quick and handles great! Also lots of cargo space and plenty of space for your passengers…highly recommend the 2023 suburu outback

We brought both of our Subaru’s in for service and warranty work. The service staff were friendly and professional.

The people who worked at the desk were very kind and polite. They took the time to explain everything that was done. But whoever worked on my car did not reset the alert that says my car needs service. So every time I start my Subaru it states i need immediate service. I have also been waiting on a sensor part for my Forrester since December 2022. I have not heard anything yet and have reminded them about the part twice already.

I do all my service here. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful with coupon savings, too.

Looking for a Tesla and they had a model 3, only 3 months old. Freddy was very helpful from the beginning to the end. He made sure we were taken care of during the financial process, too. At the end he was there to give us our new card and left his phone number in case we needed anything later. Great job.

Sam Flores was my service advisor and took the time to really listen to my vehicles issue. Irvine Subaru tried a couple of options and when that didn't work... the Irvine Subaru Team didn't give up! I purchased a used Mercedes-Benz E55 AMG from the Carmax in Costa Mesa, CA about a month ago. I started out by calling the Carmax and reaching a sales agent. She worked with me by setting aside the car so that I could fly down to pick it up. She picked me up from the airport about 15 miles away from their dealership. When I saw the car, I found some minor cosmetic issues with the car and Carmax assured me that they would repair them at my local Carmax in Roseville, CA. I will be writing a review about that Carmax as well. They issued me a form stating repairs to be done at my local dealership. I informed the salesperson that I would be pushing the car a bit and she was fine with it. After the test drive, the car seemed to be in great condition, so we headed in for the paperwork. The appearance inside of the dealership building did not convey a welcoming feeling though. It felt like a warehouse with desks in it. The people within the building were nice and friendly though. The paperwork was pretty quick as I already had a loan check from the credit union. It took about 30 minutes and then I was on my way. Overall, I would say the experience was positive.

Great Service advisor Emanual Valdiva very helpful and lets me know what my car is needed at the time and also any recommendations for the next service date.

Today I purchased a forester wilderness with Subaru orange coast with the help of Kent Chhin. I highly recommend this dealership and using Kent for assistance. He helped me custom build my forester and walked me through every optional add on, and gave his honest advice on what was necessary and what was not. My car was delivered and I took it home today- it turned out even better than I imagined! My car was detailed, the financial process was very quick and all digital, and they offer great packages and warranties. My car was also detailed and Kent offered me discounts for parts and accessories in the future. I am thrilled with my purchase and the customer service I received here! We did a lot of research about Subarus before visiting the dealer. We wondered if we were in the right place because the lot was empty. Kent Chhin answered our questions and was very patient with us while we were deciding to purchase. We were able to order everything we wanted and it took about two months to arrive.
