2026 Subaru Outback review
I love Subaru automobiles. I usually buy Forresters, I trade up every 3 years. My only complaint with the Forrester is the cabin noise is loud. When I went to the dealership I saw a different looking Subaru. It was the 2026 Outback which had been redesigned and looked like a SUV not a station wagon. I drove it and boom, problem solved. The outside noise was not loud at all. It had the same great features, plus more than my Forrester had. I fell in love! The new color an emerald green caught my eye and I have had many compliments on it. The ride is smooth, it is roomier than the Forrester. I am so happy with my purchase

This is an exceptional dealership. There is always the most professional people you could ever meet. I feel very confident and unbothered, even though I’m there for spending money I can’t choose a better place to spend my money. The entire staff is always welcoming, clear and concise. This is reminisce of what Customer Service used to be like throughout America. They have maintain that decorum. This is always an amazing experience and I always come away. Feeling good and safe about my car. With all the anxiety surrounding my car, not being functional or something not being right disappears once I am in the capable hands of the service department at Subaru Of Ann Arbor. I recommend this over and over again my children go there. My husband goes there. It’s just a family affair at this point. We will always be low customers because they are loyal to us.
2026 Subaru Outback review
This is my fifth new Subaru and my third Outback Touring XT. The improvements are across the board. The new system’s software and infotainment screen are major improvements along with the hvac controls all moved to buttons below the screen. The all digital driver’s screen is configurable and quite attractive and useful. The Outback is extremely quiet, the turbo engine very responsive and overall the vehicle feels more solid/substantial compared to the previous Outbacks.

Tatiana Rodriguez was my sales rep and made everything easy and simple to understand. I don't know a ton about cars..."cars go Vroom!" but she helped me learn the differences in car and engines. In an industry that is notoriously and stereotypically based on haggling the customer, I never once felt any pressure to buy anything I didn't want or need. My experience actually started the night before when she emailed me to introduce herself...awesomde! When we met in person, Tatiana began by telling me the difference of Subaru and everyone else. She answered all my questions with detail, honesty, humor, patience, and integrity. We then spent some time getting to know each other. In the end, it didn't feel like a sales experience at all...more like talking with an old friend, and cares just happened to be the subject of our conversation. I would highly recommend Tatiana to anyone who is new to buying a car, someone who knows nothing about cars, or to anyone who values trust, care, and integrity when looking to buy a car. And a shout out to Mike Brooke for walking me through the payments and warranty coverage. He was incredibly patient as we discussed options that fit my budget.
2026 Subaru Outback review
I had some weird requirements. I bought a full-sized spare exactly like the other wheels/tires on the car so I wanted it to fit in the wheel well. It did that. I also wanted a car that had a very convenient way of turning off the auto on/off feature where the car's engine turns off when you come to a light. I also wanted AWD. The cabin is quieter than my previous car so that's also a plus. The seats are very comfortable. The only small negative is that the map lights are very weak. I will have them replaced with LED bulbs at the car's first oil change at 3000 miiles.
