Hendrick Subaru HooverReviews
Hendrick Subaru Hoover review
Richard has done the best job gaining and keeping us as customers. We will follow him wherever he goes. He is honest and genuine and understands any limitations you may have as a customer. He will get you as close to your dream vehicle as possible in your current financial situation. He’s the best. Wouldn’t go to another salesperson.
2026 Subaru Outback review
This is my third Subaru but my first Outback. I loved my Legacy and my Forester but this vehicle is overall better in most ways. The ride and comfort is outstanding and the performance is adequate for my needs. The Infotainment system and climate controls are perfect. The built-in navigation needs lots of changes and I wouldn't recommend it right now as it tells me to turn left when you need to turn right. It even sometimes shows the opposite direction on the map. The speed limits shown is often wrong as well like the maps are out of date. Wireless Android Auto doesn't work well either and often blanks out. I hope that these items will be fixed via updates. This vehicle is a pleasure to drive.

Great car buying experience. Richard is a great salesman. He was knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions
2026 Subaru Outback review
This is my second Subaru Outback. I loved the 2017 & this one is even better. The improved eyesight is nice & the backup camera is wonderful. The extension on the visor is a small but quite helpful.

Hendrick Subaru Hoover review
Richard Donaldson was very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend him. He was very knowledgeable.
2026 Subaru Outback review
I love Subaru automobiles. I usually buy Forresters, I trade up every 3 years. My only complaint with the Forrester is the cabin noise is loud. When I went to the dealership I saw a different looking Subaru. It was the 2026 Outback which had been redesigned and looked like a SUV not a station wagon. I drove it and boom, problem solved. The outside noise was not loud at all. It had the same great features, plus more than my Forrester had. I fell in love! The new color an emerald green caught my eye and I have had many compliments on it. The ride is smooth, it is roomier than the Forrester. I am so happy with my purchase

Hendrick Subaru HooverReviews
Hendrick Subaru Hoover review
We are true believers in Subaru vehicles since this makes our 5th one to own. We especially appreciate our relationship with the staff at Hendrick Subaru in Hoover. Shout out to Joe LaPorta, Paul, and Logan for making our deal smooth. They worked hard to locate the exact car I wanted, had it delivered quickly, and worked within my budget. Our service has always been excellent here as well. Eli is our #1 service rep and he is a joy to work with. I’m looking forward to my visit with Shi to go over all the tech features and settings on this new Ascent in a couple of weeks. I’ve never known another dealership to offer the follow up support like Hendrick Subaru. 😁
2026 Subaru Outback review
I have the 2026 Subaru Outback Premium. The car drives great (super smooth/quiet) and the new interior/driver controls are fantastic. Both the climate control and the entertainment system are vast improvement over the 2025 Outback. The sound system is really good for being the Premium model. I got 28 mpg on the first tank of gas and am getting 29 mpg on the second tank of gas. Mostly city driving. I paid right at $33k, which is fantastic value for this great of a car.

Hendrick Subaru HooverReviews
Hendrick Subaru Hoover review
I have spent the past couple days at Hendrick Subaru. The first person I was introduced to was Joe LaPorta. He was extremely friendly, and was an expert at showing my dad and I the Subaru Forester. I had been to several different car dealerships to find the perfect match for me, yet none of them showed me how to use the vehicle. In our test drive, Joe taught me the ins and outs of the Subaru Forester. My dad and I fell in love with the vehicle but needed mom’s approval before proceeding with a purchase. We went back a few days later, and several of the staff members remembers my last visit. It was ant this time that I was introduced to Richard Donaldson. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the Subaru Forester. However, he had the additional challenge of convincing my mom this was the purchase to be. Question after question, Richard continued to provide technical and safety answers to all of my mom’s concerns. Once the showing of the vehicle was over, she agreed that the Subaru Forester Touring would be the safest vehicle to keep me in. Overall, my entire family would recommend coming down to Hendrick Subaru and checking out the vehicles they have on the lot. We know that if you ask for Joe or Richard, you will be in great hands!
2026 Subaru Outback review
I had some weird requirements. I bought a full-sized spare exactly like the other wheels/tires on the car so I wanted it to fit in the wheel well. It did that. I also wanted a car that had a very convenient way of turning off the auto on/off feature where the car's engine turns off when you come to a light. I also wanted AWD. The cabin is quieter than my previous car so that's also a plus. The seats are very comfortable. The only small negative is that the map lights are very weak. I will have them replaced with LED bulbs at the car's first oil change at 3000 miiles.

Great experience with my service advisor, Joe Bednarek. He was very helpful, explained the repairs clearly, and made the whole process easy. He went above and beyond.
