Johnson Subaru of CaryReviews
Johnson Subaru of Cary review
Ray and team did a great job helping me get my car situated. Even getting his other team involved. Big ups for the tram and I hope he's there next time I take my car in. 0 concerns. 10/10 highly recommend.
2026 Subaru Outback review
This is my third Subaru but my first Outback. I loved my Legacy and my Forester but this vehicle is overall better in most ways. The ride and comfort is outstanding and the performance is adequate for my needs. The Infotainment system and climate controls are perfect. The built-in navigation needs lots of changes and I wouldn't recommend it right now as it tells me to turn left when you need to turn right. It even sometimes shows the opposite direction on the map. The speed limits shown is often wrong as well like the maps are out of date. Wireless Android Auto doesn't work well either and often blanks out. I hope that these items will be fixed via updates. This vehicle is a pleasure to drive.

Johnson Subaru of CaryReviews
Johnson Subaru of Cary review
I had a really great experience overall with this dealership. I had set up a deal online thru Sam's Club on an auto with all the options I was looking for. I got to the dealer and was informed that the vehicle was in transit. Not great. The salesman I was working with worked tirelessly to find all the vehicles that matched what I was looking for along with another that I had been considering. In the end I purchased a really great auto and am very happy with the end result. I didn't feel the issue was the dealer's fault but most likely a issue with working with both Sam's Club and the dealer. I would definitely recommend purchasing from this dealership.
2026 Subaru Outback review
Its been 10 years since we shopped for a new Subaru and the technical advancements are amazing. Adaptive cruise control, lane control, distance to other vehicle controls, turbo charged 2.4 liter 4 cylinder engine feels like a V6 and the Wilderness model is perfect for the rugged area we live in. Thanks, Subaru!

2026 Subaru Outback review
I had some weird requirements. I bought a full-sized spare exactly like the other wheels/tires on the car so I wanted it to fit in the wheel well. It did that. I also wanted a car that had a very convenient way of turning off the auto on/off feature where the car's engine turns off when you come to a light. I also wanted AWD. The cabin is quieter than my previous car so that's also a plus. The seats are very comfortable. The only small negative is that the map lights are very weak. I will have them replaced with LED bulbs at the car's first oil change at 3000 miiles.

Johnson Subaru of Cary review
Ali was our salesman at Johnson Subaru 10 stars. He was fantastic. Excellent communication skills saw everything through right to the very end very professional.
2026 Subaru Outback review
I have the 2026 Subaru Outback Premium. The car drives great (super smooth/quiet) and the new interior/driver controls are fantastic. Both the climate control and the entertainment system are vast improvement over the 2025 Outback. The sound system is really good for being the Premium model. I got 28 mpg on the first tank of gas and am getting 29 mpg on the second tank of gas. Mostly city driving. I paid right at $33k, which is fantastic value for this great of a car.

I had a great experience at the dealership. Jamie Evans was my service writer. He is awesome. I love the video that shows you everything they are checking. I always enjoy my experience Jamie knows how to treat customers and keep them appraised on whats going on. Top dog.

This is my second Subaru Outback. I loved the 2017 & this one is even better. The improved eyesight is nice & the backup camera is wonderful. The extension on the visor is a small but quite helpful.

Everyone friendly. Nice waiting room. Told me how long it would take. Loved the review report card at end. Now I am comfortable driving for the winter.

Ken Ganley Subaru Wickliffe review
Had a great experience purchasing my Honda Pilot from Ganley Subaru East. Lou, Matt, and Francesco were all fantastic to work with. Communication was excellent throughout the process, everyone was upfront and easy to deal with, and they worked with me to get a great deal. I came all the way from Illinois, and they made the entire process smooth and straightforward. Definitely worth the trip. Thanks again, guys!
