This was my second time getting a car from this dealer. Most of the communication was online, but when it was time to come pick up the car I was welcomed by a group of genuinely nice and dedicated people. The overall service was great!

Today I purchased a forester wilderness with Subaru orange coast with the help of Kent Chhin. I highly recommend this dealership and using Kent for assistance. He helped me custom build my forester and walked me through every optional add on, and gave his honest advice on what was necessary and what was not. My car was delivered and I took it home today- it turned out even better than I imagined! My car was detailed, the financial process was very quick and all digital, and they offer great packages and warranties. My car was also detailed and Kent offered me discounts for parts and accessories in the future. I am thrilled with my purchase and the customer service I received here! My overall experience is very good. The facilities clearly indicate that the dealer is very trustworthy with division of labor in all departments of business. The employees are very polite. They know what they are doing. They attempt to give me explanation so as to make me understand. The efficiency of the technicians of the service department has cut down our waiting time to a minimum.

All the people at Sierra Suburu of Monrovia were capable, responsive and informed when I went there to purchase a car. I was especially impressed with Jeffrey Stevens who introduced options I hadn't considered, and his not manipulating or crowding me to make a choice. Quite a fine crew there.
