Always received prompt and polite service with pertinent information fully explained. Both Sandra and Ryan are very professional and convey sincerity in making sure the customer drives away with peace of mind.
2026 Subaru Outback review
I had some weird requirements. I bought a full-sized spare exactly like the other wheels/tires on the car so I wanted it to fit in the wheel well. It did that. I also wanted a car that had a very convenient way of turning off the auto on/off feature where the car's engine turns off when you come to a light. I also wanted AWD. The cabin is quieter than my previous car so that's also a plus. The seats are very comfortable. The only small negative is that the map lights are very weak. I will have them replaced with LED bulbs at the car's first oil change at 3000 miiles.

Oil change and tire rotation but ended up purchasing new tires and a brake line flush, both necessary. Will accomplish this next week after the holiday.
2026 Subaru Outback review
This is my third Subaru but my first Outback. I loved my Legacy and my Forester but this vehicle is overall better in most ways. The ride and comfort is outstanding and the performance is adequate for my needs. The Infotainment system and climate controls are perfect. The built-in navigation needs lots of changes and I wouldn't recommend it right now as it tells me to turn left when you need to turn right. It even sometimes shows the opposite direction on the map. The speed limits shown is often wrong as well like the maps are out of date. Wireless Android Auto doesn't work well either and often blanks out. I hope that these items will be fixed via updates. This vehicle is a pleasure to drive.

Very easy to work with. Detailed explanations provided for all recommended repairs. My car feels brand new again after multiple lights and sounds were stressing me out significantly for a few months

This is my second Subaru Outback. I loved the 2017 & this one is even better. The improved eyesight is nice & the backup camera is wonderful. The extension on the visor is a small but quite helpful.

Belknap Subaru review
Tried to talk to A Sales person about and Cross Treck and received poor response; none were available to look at and it was difficult to talk about a new vehicle purchase. Frankly, with the sales persons at Belknap Subaru, I wonder if they sell any at all!
2026 Subaru Outback review
I have the 2026 Subaru Outback Premium. The car drives great (super smooth/quiet) and the new interior/driver controls are fantastic. Both the climate control and the entertainment system are vast improvement over the 2025 Outback. The sound system is really good for being the Premium model. I got 28 mpg on the first tank of gas and am getting 29 mpg on the second tank of gas. Mostly city driving. I paid right at $33k, which is fantastic value for this great of a car.

McGovern Subaru review
Cheryl is an ideal salesperson. When we arrived, she asked if we were looking for a new or used car. We wanted a used car. She asked our price range and she respected that, without pushing us higher. She provided CarFax data for the cars we considered, printing it out so we could take time to read it. We selected two cars. She got them ready for test drives, and did a walk around discussion for each one. After all that, she waited patiently for us to decide what to do. The story had a happy ending - we eventually bought a third choice after a lot of discussion. We definitely recommend working with Cheryl!

Imperial SubaruReviews
Imperial Subaru review
My wife and I leased a forester for 3 years and decided to buy a CROSTREK 2025 . WE decided our joints couldn't quite get used to getting in and out so we went back and purchased a 2026 Forester. We had a stress less experience buying a car with Emily Messier who walked us through a great experience. Rmilu is professional and very friendly. I would recommend any interested new car buyer to visit Imperial Subaru in Foxborough and seeing Emily for a great car buying experience. We were so pleased with Emily and I am sure we would go back again. Thank you EMILY.

Bought a car from George. He was very professional and eager to satisfy. I would strongly recommend both him and Imperial Subaru to anyone wishing to purchase a car.
