This is what I sent Danielle from Schomp Subaru yesterday after I got into my new car and a lease for the first time please read 💕 You are an amazing human, you treated me like I was human. You got stung by a wasp!! And you kept your cool. You didn't stop trying to help me, a stranger that made bad financial decision. Your health took a back seat today after that sting. I am so glad you didn't have an allergic reaction ❤️ Not to mention when I first came in contact with you, you never stopped asking questions on how to get me out of my high car payment and make sure I could go into my deployment knowing I could afford my payment. They do courtesy car wash. I didn?t need a car wash asked if they could do a courtesy vacuum. Guy that checked me in said no. Sad because it would probably take less time to vacuum than get the car wash because he they said they run it through the wash. Maybe they don?t want to do the ?labor?. That would have set them at higher customer satisfaction.
