Several friends and family members have owned and still own a Subaru, and the quality and safety have been amazing. My father was in an accident while swerving to miss a deer. We believe the airbags under the steering wheel are the reason he sustained only minor injuries. We are very thankful and trust Subura. My older sister's first car was a Subaru, and her second one as well. My aunt's father was a Subaru mechanic for many years. She grew up driving Subarus. When she had children, they all drove Subarus. and still do to this day. Plus, we have found a WONDERFUL Subaru salesperson who we bought our first and second Subaru from and won't use anyone else. RAIRDON'S SUBARU OF AUBURN. Her name is Van. She helped me pick out my first Subaru. She was so helpful, and when my father was in an accident,t and we needed to purchase a new one We only wanted to have her help us. She has been nothing but an amazing salesperson from start to finish and everything in between.

We live in Burien, so this was not the closest Subaru dealership, but we liked it a lot better than the one in Renton. I hate shopping for and buying cars, but I felt that Carter made it as painless as possible. We worked with Bryan Deando, who was wonderful. We were looking for a pre-owned Certified Forester. Carter Subaru in Shoreline had the car we had been looking for, for over 3 months. Steve, the salesman was kind, not pushy and very knowledgeable of all the tech on our 19 Forester. The purchasing process was easy. We were in and out in less than an hour. It was worth the 3-hr drive from our home in north central WA to Shoreline. Our (my wife's) Outback has a LOT more miles than our (my) "new" 19 Forester, so when our Outback wears out we will be giving Steve a call to find another Outback for my wife. Carter Subaru in Shoreline review
I found a used car online thru cars.com and visited the Carter Subaru site, hoping to purchase the vehicle, which I did. The salesperson was very helpful and knowledgeable, the finance department worked their magic and found financing that fit within my terms, the vehicle was cleaned and looked like new and when I mentioned that I had e-mailed the dealership thru cars.com with no response within 24 hours, both the salesperson and the finance officer jumped on it and contacted the marketing dept to make sure they were aware. I am more than satisfied with my vehicle purchase and would definitely go to this dealership if and when I am ready to make another vehicle purchase.
