I purchased my Outback Premium in 2022 new. Liked the color. silver, and didn't want moonroof or a lot of extras that could break. Bad battery experience has really disappointed our experience although the cars performance and comfort has not.

Great value considering the superior safety features, low maintenance and reliability. Rear wheel bearings have been replaced twice and just had the AC compressor and serpentine belt replaced. Albeit expensive repairs, all cars need something after the first 3 years. It's been 8 years and the car still run and drives like new.

He was patient and professional and answered all of our questions rode in as many cars as we needed to test drive. This car is so comfortable! The driver sits up high, with great sight lines in all directions. The seats are comfortable. The features are very intuitive. My car has automatic door locks so when I walk up to the car with my key fob, put my hand on the door handle the doors unlock. It has automatic headlight dimmer which works great. It has plenty of power for freeway acceleration. All wheel drives makes it great in snow. I’m very happy with this car.

LOVE this car, maybe a little biased since this is my 5th Forester, my 2nd Wilderness. My first Wilderness was totaled in a head-on collision when a young driver spilled coffee and veered into my lane and struck me head-on. That was my 1st Subaru Forester Wilderness and IT SAVED MY LIFE. Full curtain all-around airbag deployment with a roll, the Wilderness coming to rest on it's right side, me still strapped into seatbelt, and the Subaru automatic crash notification with a live person on the speakers asking me if I was ok and needed 911! Smoke still coming from the airbag deployments, and there is a live person coming over the speakers asking me if I'm ok. It was surreal. SUBARU FORESTER WILDERNESS SAVED MY LIFE! TYVM Subaru! LOVE this car! Gets 25+ MPG with conservative driving, a great ride and suspension, superior traction in mud and snow, load-out practically anything/rack bikes (or whatever on the roof racks), sleep in the back with ample room, superior rear-gate lift mechanism with memory, seats super-comfortable and easily adjustable, solid rear-seat leg-room, easy rear-seat fold-downs for massive cargo area that takes my full HVAC tool load-out for servicing ice baths all over the NorthEast US. A great value, especially CPO with +10K mileage (vs. new) MONEY WELL SPENT! SUBARU FOR LIFE

Pleasant experience. I was with her, but my 18 year old daughter was actually doing the buying. The salesman "Will" treated her like any older customer, asking what she was looking for and listening to her. He did take the time to explain to her things about financing that most 18 year old people would not know. I was glad to see them talking to her and not to me (Dad). They were able to get her financing for here very nice, pre-owned car. The interest rated of course was a bit high, but I told her to build her credit for another year or so and refinance for a better rate. Unlike some other dealers, I was able to negotiate a bit on price, but it was the best price within 200 miles on that vehicle. I drove almost 2 hours to get there, but felt it was well worth it. I'd recommend them to my friends.

I went to Sarasota Subaru today told them I need their help with getting into my dream car . Dan was my salesman , they were extremely helpful. I was so scared and stressed and I believe they knew it . I wanted one car we were doing the paperwork and boom that car just sold right under my nose. I was so upset - Dan said hold on i will be right back . He came back with the most incredible news he told me I have a surprise for you . Not only the same model and color but a yr newer and matched the price . I literally started crying, yes this girl bought her very first brand new car . To top it off my dream car . I've been going there for five years after I bought my first Subaru crosstrek from another dealer that did me so wrong . They have always been extremely helpful and honest with me . I would never go anywhere else to buy a car from ever . The staff is top notch , even if they weren't working with you they were there to help out . I highly recommend Subaru of Sarasota to anyone . Love the look and performance of the new Outback model. Easy to drive with great features that makes the base package seem higher end. Great car for bad weather.

Had a gash on front right tire. The service rep told me bring it in they looked at it and set me up with a new tire on the spot! He was the lead guy, big smile and excellent service !!

My first Subaru although each of my kids had a used one as their first cars. Very well made, It is quite comfortable but I wish the seats went up a little bit more. I bought the Premium model and it has everything you could ask for. Handles great, has more than enough oomph, and I am averaging around 26.5 mpg in mostly city driving. Took a 200 mile out and back trip, and averaged 34.8 mpg. I will certainly buy another Subaru when it is time, usually every 2-3 years.

Other than battery replacement , car has been amazing ! 1 exception cup holders are located too far aft and require driver to look down to locate cup without removing eyes from road ! This issue has been partially addressed in later years by offsetting passengers holder slightly forward of drivers, but still awkward position ! both should be more forward nearer to dash !

the forester sport is very reliable get 26 mpg on most of my daily commutes. Drives great in the winter (even though I have the same tires they came with). Traveling in it on road trips are great, 31 mpg using the cruise control and lane assist. It's not a very fast SUV but it honestly worth it. I tend to speed, but it's not something that actually bothers me. I was worried it would be too sluggish. I picked the forester for my road trips, and extra stuff I drive with.

Very happy with our new vehicle purchase. It went so smoothly and quickly. Dale is a wonderful salesman. We would highly recommend W&L Subaru to anyone looking and we look forward to a great future relationship with this dealership. This is the eleventh Subaru I have owned, the third outback; the Outback wilderness is by far the best performer of all of the others I have had. I have been happy with subarus from the first one I bought a 1978 Brat; sure wish i still had it.

Likes: spacious interior despite modest exterior dimensions, easy to maneuver, great visibility all around, comfortable ride, good traction, handling, and braking, nice interior finish on sport model, strong steering responsive headlights yet they don't blind opposing traffic, very good optional Harmon sound system, numerous effective safety features, low insurance premiums, adequate acceleration..a few cons: actual economy slightly under EPA estimates, seat may be a bit too firm for some but easy to address by adding a thin seat cushion, mandatory sunroof on all but the base model..I wish Subaru would just make that a single option..rough engine start-stop ..however I disable it each time I start engine so it can be a non issue...no reliability issues yet but since this has a cvt and fairly complex safety features, long term reliability is unknown..

We recently purchased a 2025 Subaru Outback Touring XT from Julian at Ciocca. Great experience again. We had reached out to Julian directly because he had sold us our 2025 Forester back in July. As with the Forester, Julian did his best to make sure we were happy and satisfied with the deal on the Outback. He was waiting for us when we arrived at the dealership and he had the Outback ready for test drive. Definitely recommend.

I like the solid feel of the car and the sturdy and high ride. Good acceleration. It would be a better SUV if the ground clearance was at least 10” or 12”, with the exhaust pipe properly tucked away!

This dealership exceeded my expectations. I made an appointment and they brought the car inside so it didn't have any snow to clean off. The salesman even threw in a new battery without being asked simply because he noticed the car didn't start too well.

I have had a 21, 23 and now a 25 Subaru Forester Premium and over the years they have gotten better. I didn’t think I would like the large screen but now after two weeks of driving it, I’m loving it. It is a safe and reliable vehicle for small families and seniors like me.

When I put in an inquiry for the car I was interested in, I received a call about 30 minutes later from a very nice lady named Alicia Nash. Unfortunately, the car I wanted had just been purchased but, she let me know about other options the dealership had available.

My biggest problem with the forester is the infotainment system and the tom tom navigation. The infotainment is laggy at best. It can take two seconds per press to respond. And the tom tom? What? Did tom tom give Subaru a deal on 80s technologies. Recently I asked for a dollar tree and it changed it to 03. I have asked for vorhees and it kept trying to change it to Glendale? xxx. It is not barely usable, it is absolutely unuseable, that part of this car is a xxx.

No pressure or stress. They did try to hide a 1500.00 monitoring device in the sale price which I refused to by. Also tried to offer me financing with an inflated interest rate. Fortunately I had already arranged for my own pre-approved financinh.

Bought my 2015 Subaru 2.0XT Touring brand spanking new off the Subaru dealership's lot. Have owned it all this time about 9 years straight. Take care of your car with regular oil changes, servicing at recommended intervals, and your car will take care of you. Performed the required recalls during service periods. Not 1 single regret on owning this car, ever. It rides smooth and true. Had a clicking issue in the ball joints 2 years ago which Subaru fixed free of charge. Other than that, this car has been my dream machine.

Professional and courteous staff. Just waiting and observing the maintenance staff interact with customers is a pleasure. This place has the best customer service that I have experienced. Every staff is wonderful

I’ve owned this car for about 18 months. It has I bought it new and it now has about 17,000 miles on it. I love driving it. The safety features are excellent! The performance is good. I’m getting around 32 MPG for all around driving. I have the car maintained at the dealership and haven’t had any mechanical issues. I would definitely recommend this car.

Described my issue, any other maintenance I wanted done, was given the price up front, sat and waited for the job to be done, paid for it, went on my way. Free coffee, other drinks, and snacks. A nice Home DIY channel playing on the screen in the waiting area. 10/10 how it should be.

Spontaneous windshield cracked to 2 1/2 feet in just seconds! No stones seen, without warning, bang. The part cost $850.00 more for eye-sight calibration! Subaru dealer said total cost, around $2000!
