I purchased my Outback Premium in 2022 new. Liked the color. silver, and didn't want moonroof or a lot of extras that could break. Bad battery experience has really disappointed our experience although the cars performance and comfort has not.

I went from owning a 2003 Monte Carlo SS to a 2017 Subaru Outback. It was worth every penny. My Subaru is not only reliable, functional, and cute; it also saved me from being injured in a bad crash. This past fall a six point buck hit my car head on and I never saw it coming. It was a fatal crash for the deer, but not for me. As heartbroken as I was to see my car crumpled on the front, I was so glad it wasn't me. It was a repairable fix and made me really appreciate my car.

Purchase our Ascent June of 2022 ,love the vehicle it now has little over 44,000 miles on it put new tires on at 29,000 not because of wear but for long trips,brakes are still in great shape at last inspection,we are retired but travel with our dog companion,this car has traveled to New Mexico across to Florida and to Florida every winter and also to Maine and the comfort is just fantastic and our overall gas mileage is twenty five MPG and yes when and if we need to trade it will be another Subaru!

I love my crosstrek limited.I only have 2 complaints but it not really the car its my prefrence. I have always had cars that the doors locked automatically when you left it as long as you had the key.The cross trek doesnt have that and it drives me insane.I am forever forgetting to lock it by the door handle or key fob.My second complaint is it has heated everything except the steering wheel.I like that in the winter but other than that its a great car so far.I have only had it a month so Im not sure how it handles in the snow yet.

Let me start by saying this service department is the best I have ever worked with. Recently I dropped my car off and received a loaner. I left my sunglasses inside the loaner and when I went back to see if they found them Ron greeted me and looked in all the loaners they had and even called another customer to check it they were in that car. He said he would continue looking and follow up with me and he did just that! Every time I go there I am greeted with a smile and I'm provided with amazing service wether it's an oil change or body work needed or even looking for sunglasses. I recommend this service dept to anyone looking for an incredible honest experience. Ask for Ron or Samantha, they are amazing!

Found the car I wanted on their website at 9am, test drove it at 10am and drove it home that night! From start to finish, the staff as Maguire were professional, knowledgeable and tentative. I bought the 2025 Crosstrek even though the gas mileage wasn't great and I am glad I did. While sticker said to expect 28-31 miles per gallon, I am getting 32-35 on the highway and definitely more than 28 in stop and go traffic. It is also a good car for older drivers like me. I didn't realize I was often outside my lane. The lane departure function has improved my driving. The Crosstrek also has a large screen for maps and apple car play, so I am not looking down to navigate. I highly recommend this car for older drivers who need the safety features and don't drive enough to make a hybrid worth the extra money.

I recently bought 2015 jeep grand Cherokee. The buying experience was the absolute best! Ryder was professional and courteous! And on a Sunday night I was approved (and I don't have the greatest credit) and got to drive my jeep home! I thought that was amazing! I applied for credit through my bank prior and they got me a better interest rate! Again on a Sunday night! Would recommend this place to anyone.

I recently traded in my 2022 Ascent for a similar 2023 model. The 2022 model had brakes issues/noises right from the beginning of ownership. Subaru gave me a great deal on the 2023 model. A number of improvement were found on the 2023 model. Obvious one is the exterior styling with new front grille, headlights and taillights. Interior improvements include updated Eyesight, quieter ride, better steering and brakes, larger multimedia screen including front and backup camera screens, driver profile system. A few other tweaks here and there, making the 2023 Ascent Touring a decent and very safe SUV. Not necessarily sporty or thrilling but perfect vehicle for commuting in town and long road trips.

I had one of the most fantastic car- buying experiences at West Herr !!!! All because of my salesman Ray, his sales team and management. The environment was so fun and relax!! They worked hard every step of the way and took the time to listen to me with my wants & needs. They definitely tried their hardest to get me in a vehicle for the price point. I could afford but also having everything I needed and wanted. They even picked out my vehicle, before I even looked at any. I love it so much! I never would have thought I would have a red vehicle, but I do and Love it!! We really did have a blast going there, I did not feel like I was just another sale there. After two years, all I can say is, well done. The car has been solid. I only have 18K miles, but no complaints. It is a bit narrow, and can be a little "economical" in appearance, but not a single complaint. It is a low end car, but the ride and comfort, overall is very good. Gas mileage is always subjective, but I average 32+ MPG overall, and it is at least as good as the Camry I got out of. It has taken me through places I probably should have not ventured. It didn't complain or give me any drama, hardly missing a beat the whole way,,,, with factory AS touring tires. The AWD seems top notch. People complain about the windshield being fragile, but so far so good. They complain about engine performance too, but I have never felt like I was going to be run over or that the engine was underpowered. If you want a "Fast" car, look elsewhere. It does what it does well.

Great dependable car. comfortable driving, the 6 speed trans is awesome(same as in the wrx) so stop talking stupid. People who don't like this doesn't know how to drive a manual. handled great in snow, and remember you are controlling this car not the computer

After a lot of time and research we started our journey with a new Subaru Ascent. We then test drove 4 other vehicles and I didn't have the same feeling as I did in the Ascent. We originally were looking at a 2025; however, there was a beautiful new 2024 Subaru Ascent and that was the one! There is more room, I like the head space since we have some taller people in the family. We don't really use the third row, but it has come in handy and I am pleased with that. We keep it down a lot. As far as driving this vehicle, I am very comfortable and happy with this. You get a smooth ride with it and the engine has pick up when needed. This is my first keyless car; however, we had to have the remote start, we got spoiled. With that we needed to subscribe to Subaru and it was a small fee for 5 years, but there is a lot you can do on your phone. I like the screen and how well you can see while in reverse. I like the placement of the screen. I'm 5'2" and I can handle this vehicle and I am confident. Being short I liked that I can almost "kiss" the front and I am not tight and I can see clearly. My husband is taller and you have 2 presets for the driver's seat. One thing is that they offer a "refresher" type appointment and we went. It was one person who took us through our vehicle and the features and any questions that we had were answered. Had the questions been more important, I would have called his number ahead of time.

The sales rep, Corey was great to work with my truck was in for a repair with parts back ordered for months not the dealerships fault but Chevrolet?s fault they disappointed me however I looked at the new trucks and bought one. I love it. The dealership has been very good to me.

About 1300 miles into a new 2023 WRX Premium. Car is a blast to drive and mine also has the Harmon Kardon sound system upgrade (very nice audio). Not as creature comfortable as my past BMWs but definitely comfortable. Premium only came with cloth seats so added seat covers. MT is the only way to go! An honest fun to drive car at a reasonable price.

My 2022 Maxima got totalled and I was heartbroken. Not only did CDJR Utica have the exact same make, model, and color but I even got it with less mile. I worked the deal with Tyler Coughlin and was thouroughly impressed by both his commitment and his responsiveness. I live 2.5 hours away so everything had to be done remotely. He helped me through every step of the process and had everything in place to get me in and out quickly when I came to pick up the car. He answered the phone anytime i called, kept in touch through text messages and emails and made this a great experience. His personality was upbeat, kind, and caring. He was a pleasure to work with and I would buy a car from him again in the future. His work ethic and friendly demeanor are traits to be looked up to. Only gripe is no adjustable visors and side mirrors. I am short and the visors do not adjust in length. The side mirrors swing in and out but not up and down so there is interference for me. I have the seat adjusted to the max and use a cushion but still have a problem.

Too early to be sure of reliability, but my previous 4 subarus were great. I came here to say how much I like this new purchase, a used '24. Great cruise features. Good power & performance (2.5L) so I'm happy with the CVT. I just love it. They're still a bit lighter and noisier than the outback/legacy versions.

I love my car. Absolutely love it. When it snowed 14 in. I didn't miss one day of work. I get great gas mileage too.

Just bought a truck from them a couple days ago, and the process was pain free. We’ve purchased from them before, and they’ve always stood behind what they sell. I love everything about this car, my only issue so far is my butt hurts with these sports seats after a solid hour of driving. Not the most padded seat mixed with the WRX stiff suspension lets you really feel the texture of the road. Everything else is 10/10.

We have to take our car back to them to be repaired. They have assured us all things will be taken care of. Warning lights came on during our ride home. Called and repairs will be done on Monday. This dealer prefers to work on the vehicle himself. They promised to make everything 100%. They are a very clean dealership and have a variety of used vehicles in great shape.

I love my car. 5 speed with 20k miles. Ive put on another 100k. I have taken this little AWD car places most people dont drive their 4x4’s. But I am meticulous about maintenance. I’ve never had a single issue with anything other than a thermostat replacement and A/C recharge. With the manual I don’t have to worry about a crap cvt. The first clutch lasted 118,000 miles. The only issue was the trust bearing, the clutch was still good. You cant beat a manual AWD that gets 30+ mpg IMO. Take care of the car and it will take care of you.
