I visited this dealership to test drive a used car I saw online. I didn’t call ahead, and it had already been sold when I got there. Charles was fantastic- he showed me some other options that were available, and we test drove a 2026 Forester and I loved it. Charles worked with another dealership to trade for a blue one (we test drove a white one, there were no blues available that day) and I drove it home a few days later. Thank you Charles!

One of the better dealerships I've encountered, with a polite, helpful staff, and in particular my sale associate Bruce. He was knowledgeable, professional, and very pleasant to work with. My buying experience was most likely the best I could have hoped for, and Bruce made sure things happened fast. I would certainly recommend him and Mastria Subaru.

I have had my 2012 Impreza serviced at Clay Subaru ever since I bought it. Every time a repair or routine maintenance was needed, it was always done right with no need for going back. Also, they discussed in detail why something was needed or done so that I always felt confident that I wasn't wasting money on anything unnecessary. Rosa was excellent. She listened to what I thought needed to be done then she walked around the car with me so I could show her a couple things. Rosa kept me updated and explained what repairs should be done right away and what could wait for a while. She explained that the things that could wait a bit to be repaired they would keep an eye on. When the work was finished they washed and vacuumed my car.. it looked great! I am happy with the service I get from the staff. The whole experience it great!

Matt is Excellent. Outstanding customer service he is knowledgeable and quick and made the buying process a breaze. He went out of his way to make our experience the best it could be and stayed late to make sure my Wife could take hers home same day. I bought 2 cars in two separate trips on Saturday in the time it would take to buy one at other dealerships. This is my 4th car from AutoMax and have never had an issue with any of the vehicles or the experience. This is the place to go and I will be buying my next car there and asking for Matt.

Last week I called and talk to a girl named Bianca she was so nice, and friendly to me I wanted to bring my car in for a oil change that day at 3:30 after i got out of work well everything was booked for that day so Bianca told me if I could be there for 3:30 then she would squeeze me in for that day. she was so helpful, and accommodating that this made my night even better. thank you Bianca for helping me .

No other dealer could touch the deal I got at Nucar. Kyle, our sales consultant, was very knowledgeable, and even helped my wife with her Camry XLT, which two other consultants and a technician couldn't figure out. And our financial guy Lee was very helpful and courteous. And the free hats were great!
