I highly recommend Parsons Kia of Winchester Virginia to everyone I know who may be interested in the purchase of a new or pre owned vehicle. I have purchased three brand new vehicles from Parsons Kia over the past seven years. My first purchase of a new vehicle was in 2017 and at that time I was paying a 27 percent interest rate through a lender for four years on a pre owned vehicle (not purchased at Kia) and was what they call “upside down” with the value to debt left on this particular vehicle. I was interested in purchasing a brand new vehicle for the first time and Parsons Kia made that a reality. The salesperson I was directed to was and still is a stellar asset to Parsons Kia of Winchester Virginia. “Samantha Berry” saleswoman along with the finance department got me into a brand new Kia Forte with fair interest rate through Kia Financing themselves. I have never forgotten this experience in 2016. I took this car (only) to Parsons service department for all required maintenance. Each time my vehicle was due for service, the service department Scott, Debbie everyone in the service department made sure my vehicle was in tip top shape and included me on any needs or details my vehicle had. In 2019, I returned to Parsons Kia to trade in my Kia Forte at 5k still within plenty of life on warranty for a 2020 Kia Optima. I was happy to find my prior sales team was still with Parsons Kia, and immediately requested “Samantha Berry” again as she was very knowledgeable and trustworthy with my first purchase of the Forte. Again, stellar customer service by the entire sales team. They are so organized with the sale I was in and out purchasing the Optima within two hours! Moving to most recent, I was back at Parsons Kia, again just last week now being October 2023. Asking for “Samantha Berry” saleswoman just like she was family. I remember looking at her saying “remember me?” I come back to you every three years for my new Kia! Samantha remembers her clients and she again with impeccable customer service listens to my needs and has me test drive two vehicles the first of which I drove home in! A brand new 2023 Kia Sorento Xline EX that suits my needs and then some. I will always be a faithful customer to Parsons Kia of Winchester Virginia for their loyalty and commitment to me over these last seven years. So far I have been pleased with the performance of my Rogue. It just turned 20,000 miles. I'm reading some of the negative reviews and wondering if they take proper care of their vehicles. Time will tell if the 3 cylinder turbo is a winner.

I ordered the 2002 Jeep Liberty KJ Limited from Jeep in Aug. of 01 after test driving a sport 01 model at the dealer with the wife. We loved it from the start. The Liberty felt higher quality to us over the Cherokee we traded that was a 92 year model and the brakes were certainly worlds better than the Cherokee. The KJ was also a lot less noise inside and seemed of a higher quality build to us. We took delivery of our 02 in Oct of 2001 and have had it ever since. 22 years later we still love it and I do not see us getting rid ot it anytime soon when it has been a flawless rig. Just a couple recalls promptly repaired at the dealer is all we had to deal with really. Regular oil changes, flushing of the fluids at the suggested intervals, and only a couple of the windows falling down into the door immediately after buying it which were covered under warranty that first week I've read all the negative reviews of this rig and this year model. It has not been our experience at all to have issues other than regular expected things like stated. Off road it is surprisingly good. So, the only real surprise is that the Jeep KJ likes as much gas as my V8 vehicles did. However with that said I personally feel that anyone buying a Jeep that is concerned with MPG is looking at the wrong vehicle to begin with. What we got in return is a vehicle that will flat out zip around town and turns, stops and parks on a dime! Don't kid yourself. The KJ can impress even on a goat trail. On the beach when other 'Real Jeeps' got stuck we drove circles around them and pulled out. The only draw back is the wheels can lift up off the ground twisting it over big rocks for rock crawling but that is the sacrifice you make with independent front ends. What you don't get is a death wobble so drive it and be happy about it. We do!

First I just want to give a big shout out and huge thank you to Christina, Ben, Aaron and Audrey for getting me back into a Wrangler. Last week I noticed advertisements on great sales revolving jeeps. I was upside down in a loan with a vehicle that I truly wasn't happy with... So I checked out Perkins Motors (as I have heard nothing but great things about this dealership) and decided to just give it a shot and see if getting back into a Wrangler was even a possibility. I reached out and heard back fairly quickly. The application process was super easy, you could even upload photos of your vehicle which helps get you extra money towards the trade. I told them exactly what I could afford with my current situation and this team of incredible people made sure to get me into a Wrangler. And not just any wrangler mind you, they made sure I got one that had everything I initially asked for plus more. It's definitely a different process I might add you, as you can't exactly test drive vehicles with the this Covid19 evolving in the world. But the process was super smooth. They sent me tons of photos of the jeep, the window sticker, videos, I mean seriously any piece of information needed just so I knew what I was getting into. And I didn't have to wait to get my jeep, once the approval process was over they had a driver bring the vehicle to me, all the way to Denver metro and to my work!!! Again, Christina, Ben, Aaron and Audrey thank you so very much for all the effort you put into this process in order to get me back into a wrangler! Life is Good!!!

I purchased 2 new Mitsubishi Outlanders after doing Internet research on currently available mid-sized SUVs. A test drive nailed the choice. The 2025 model introduced several changes that have addressed prior criticisms about vague steering and hood vibrations and ride. The fit and finish of both exterior and interior is excellent, typical of a Japanese car and as good or better than the Toyota RAV4 or Nissan Rogue that were being considered (the Outlander and the Rogue share the same platform, but IMHO the Outlander is the better rendition). The interior of the SE trim is very plush at this price point with leatherette and suede seating that is supportive and "hugs" you and looks and feels better than more expensive luxury SUVs in this size class such as the Lincoln Corsair and Aviator. The standard Yamaha audio system produces astonishingly good sound with either Bluetooth audio or Sirius XM. The Outlander supports Android Auto, and its navigation is excellent. Steering feel is excellent and well-weighted, and braking is strong. The Outlander has a surprisingly small turning circle. The electronics assists and displays work flawlessly, especially the adaptive cruise control and lane-keeping and both front and rear parking assistance via the good-sized infotainment display screen, which also provides an overhead overall view (AI?). While the Outlander does have standard third-row seating, the seats and leg room are miniscule (suitable only for very small children or pets) and hard to access, but I plan to never use them for seating and keep them folded down to maximize cargo carrying space, which is even more generous with the second-row seatbacks folded down. Exterior styling is very bold and contemporary and distinctive, especially the front styling and the wheels; it has grown on me. The 2025 Outlander thankfully does not have that horrible stop-start feature where the engine shuts off if stopped at a traffic light, and in hot and humid Florida, the AC is not interrupted like on other new cars. The transmission shift lever is not intuitive to use, but eventually you get used to it (IMHO a simple rotary knob would be easier to use). The Outlander has a very generous power train warranty and comes with the initial three oil change services included. The horsepower is modest but more than adequate for city and suburban driving, and the CVT seems well mated to the engine and drives very smoothly. If Mitsubishi added a turbocharged version, that would certainly boost the acceleration.

This was a routine service and your service Tech Jason met me at my vehicle as soon as I pulled in. He did a walk around inspection took my keys and made sure I knew where the waiting area was. I tracked my service on my phone and it was accomplished in amazing time. Jason then helped me navigate a question I had about my navigation system. He patiently showed me how to resolve my inquiry and told me to stop back or give him a call should I have further questions. Jason is an asset to your dealership. Your overall service team does an excellent job. I'll continue to bring my 2024 Colorado to you for service.

In my many years of car driving and ownership, I have rarely had a better vehicle than my 2019 Jeep Compass Latitude. It has been reliable, comfortable, fun to drive and, for its' size and type, very good on gas. In April, I will have been driving "Lattie"for 5 years. My upkeep has been minimal. She is pretty and still looks new. This vehicle is such a pleasure to drive. Handling and response are excellent. Controls are super easy to manage and absolutely love the heated seat and steering wheel. On a long trip, it is very comfortable (yes, I have ridden in the back seat, too) and fuel economy was just great...fully loaded with air-conditioner on and travelling at highway speeds gave me 30+ mpg. Really can't complain. My Neon didn't do any better. This is a great vehicle. Oh, and I had leased it new, and purchased it when the lease was up..that's how good this car is!

I did an extensive research on Japanese SUV’s and I kept coming back to the Mazda CX5. This vehicle is beautiful inside and out and is amazingly smooth and quiet. It also has really good handling and plenty of power even with the 4 cylinder. I think Mazda gives the best bang for the buck of all the Japanese car brands. I highly recommend the Mazda CX5.

I am very quick to give a bad review if I think it is warranted but I am also quick to give a good one when warranted. Today 3/9 the shop worked on a recall plus other problems, I would like to thank everyone who worked on my car from checking in to getting my car back,, when it was given back to me it looked like a new car which had been fixed, not only cleaned outside but vac'd as well, this was a nice surprise and again thankyou to everyone who had anything to do with my MKX today. Today was an excellent experience.

I had to make a 5 1/2 hour drive recently and loved how smoothly my car drove, especially using cruise control with “eyesight” so it slowed when I was too close to the car in front of me. I couldn’t even feel it; I watched the speedometer. Love the safety features and extras like seat warmers and large sunroof.

I love my Tiguan! It has been a smooth ride. I would recommend it to any friend of family member! Love love love my sound system.

I have a 2018 Cherokee latitude plus. More than 140k miles. Very nice SUV. I think most of this bad reviews are not fair. I will buy a new one in the near future.

What a great experience. My wife purchased a Blazer back in January, so we came back to get me a truck. The staff is so friendly and works very hard to get the deal done. Our salesperson Marshall, I would not know where to begin on the job he did. He went the extra mile and above and beyond to get the truck. My wife and I enjoy our XT4 and we have drive it over 19,000 miles in 11 months. People complaining about issues apparently didn’t test drive one before they purchased other wise they shouldn’t be complaining. Performance 8 Comfort. 8 Quality. 7 Exterior finish 9 Interior 8 Ride. 7 Quietness. 8 Nimbleness. 8 Handling. 7 Rear seat room 6 Over all for the value it’s a very nice car. The sunroof had a rattle - dealer repaired a loose clip - fixed - - dealership replaced its battery it seemed weak - replaced with a more powerful one. We have at times spent 7-8 hours highway driving found it very comfortable and quiet. Headlights light of the road ahead very good. In all a very good car. Sounds like some owners should have driven one more before purchasing one or maybe purchased a larger model. We have owned many much more expensive vehicles and this one is in the top ones we have owned. We are in our 70’s so its smaller size is great for getting around. We haven’t had any issues like their complaining about. We will purchase another one possibly a 2025 model.

I am delighted with my 2023 CX-5 Signature in the hard-to-find Eternal Blue. I've had it about one year now and it's more than adequate for my driving needs. No, I don't need a rattle-prone pano sunroof. The six-speed non-CVT transmission is just fine. Never need or use(less) the paddle shifters. Performance with regular fuel is just fine. As an "early senior", I don't need huge cargo or passenger space. Only complaints are the Apple CarPlay isn't wireless; and miss the power tilt/telescope steering wheel and power memory exit seat that I had on my unbeloved '20 Lexus NX (which I was glad to get rid of!). All told, I'm a Mazda believer and buh-bye Lexus!

The car was road worthy as maintenance work was updated and worn parts replaced prior to receiving the vehicle. Price was reasonable. Staff was pleasant and accommodating. Great experience to buy there.

LOVE this car, maybe a little biased since this is my 5th Forester, my 2nd Wilderness. My first Wilderness was totaled in a head-on collision when a young driver spilled coffee and veered into my lane and struck me head-on. That was my 1st Subaru Forester Wilderness and IT SAVED MY LIFE. Full curtain all-around airbag deployment with a roll, the Wilderness coming to rest on it's right side, me still strapped into seatbelt, and the Subaru automatic crash notification with a live person on the speakers asking me if I was ok and needed 911! Smoke still coming from the airbag deployments, and there is a live person coming over the speakers asking me if I'm ok. It was surreal. SUBARU FORESTER WILDERNESS SAVED MY LIFE! TYVM Subaru! LOVE this car! Gets 25+ MPG with conservative driving, a great ride and suspension, superior traction in mud and snow, load-out practically anything/rack bikes (or whatever on the roof racks), sleep in the back with ample room, superior rear-gate lift mechanism with memory, seats super-comfortable and easily adjustable, solid rear-seat leg-room, easy rear-seat fold-downs for massive cargo area that takes my full HVAC tool load-out for servicing ice baths all over the NorthEast US. A great value, especially CPO with +10K mileage (vs. new) MONEY WELL SPENT! SUBARU FOR LIFE

As always, we got excellent service for our oil change, tire rotation, and full check-up on our 2023 Corolla hybrid. We love our car and trust Spartan to take good care of it.

I have owned my 2017 Forester since late 2016. Except for normal maintenance I've had no problems with thr vehicle. All of the warning systems work very well,they have saved me from accidents numerous times. The automatic seat repositioning when some one else has used my is really handy eliminates all the adjusting needed to get the position back to my needs. Traction and controll during winter and bad weather are excellent. My forrester get used like a truck at times. Great overall car.

We bought 2017 Chevrolet Equinox 4 cylinder. Pre owned with about 59k miles. It’s over 110k and we’ve had the oxygen sensor and catalytic converter replaced. Also 1 tire sensor. We’ve put the 2nd set of tires on the car yesterday. Always Michelin as recommended and brake shoes. I just have to say I still love my car. It’s paid for and I’ll drive her as long as I can.

Q5 is a very comfortable & great performance vehicle. The Prestige model has options that other manufacturers only wish for & gets great gas mileage street & highway .

Likes: spacious interior despite modest exterior dimensions, easy to maneuver, great visibility all around, comfortable ride, good traction, handling, and braking, nice interior finish on sport model, strong steering responsive headlights yet they don't blind opposing traffic, very good optional Harmon sound system, numerous effective safety features, low insurance premiums, adequate acceleration..a few cons: actual economy slightly under EPA estimates, seat may be a bit too firm for some but easy to address by adding a thin seat cushion, mandatory sunroof on all but the base model..I wish Subaru would just make that a single option..rough engine start-stop ..however I disable it each time I start engine so it can be a non issue...no reliability issues yet but since this has a cvt and fairly complex safety features, long term reliability is unknown..
