I recently brought my vehicle to Keen Dodge for service, and I cannot say enough good things about the experience, thanks in large part to my service advisor, Ricky. From the moment I arrived, Ricky was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive. He took the time to clearly explain what services were needed, answered all my questions without any pressure. What truly set Ricky apart was his communication. He kept me informed throughout the entire process. It’s so refreshing to work with someone who is both an expert and treats you with such honesty and respect. The entire team was efficient, and my vehicle was ready exactly when promised. Because of Ricky and the crew at Keen Dodge, I left feeling confident in the work done and valued as a customer. I highly recommend asking for Rickey—he makes the service experience stress-free and positive. This is how customer service should be done! He is a definite asset to that team and is the primary reason I will be returning for all my future service needs.

We bought this car brand new. One thing I don’t like is it has no spare tire, just an air pump. We don’t drive a lot. We have owned our car a little over two years and we have 5322 miles on it. Since we have had it the AC Compressor locked up, under warranty, replaced with new belt, then a front axle had to be replaced because the metal ring was put above the rubber boot, under warranty, the most recent our battery was dead, very cold winter, and a power steering module was draining the battery, under warranty. There is a recall on the computer screen, we never had an issue with it , but that was replaced. When we purchased this car we paid a good amount to have an extended warranty for 6-7 years after the Chrysler one is done. May be a good thing we purchased that. Everything is covered on this car, with the exception of maintenance such as brakes, oil changes, etc…. We love the car, handles nice, does well in the snow, and it looks good!!!! We have no worries, we have the warranty for the next several years. The Chrysler dealer we take it to are very nice, competent, polite fellows. I’m sure all makes and models Chevy’s, Ford’s, etc…all have manufacturing issues. Like I said this car handles nice, and looks good. I read in Italy they have Hornets as police cars. So we will give it a 4 star out of 5. Happy Motoring Folk’s!!!!!
