My wife and I absolutely Love our RDX. Unfortunately we recently had a mechanical issue and the part is on back order, 3 weeks later and still no part. So our vehicle is great but not sure about corporate??????

So far I have been pleased with the performance of my Rogue. It just turned 20,000 miles. I'm reading some of the negative reviews and wondering if they take proper care of their vehicles. Time will tell if the 3 cylinder turbo is a winner.

By far, the best vehicle I owned. It is just so comfortable and fun to drive. I purchased the Advanced model which has more bells and whistles than I could ever imagine. The only thing it doesn’t do is drive by itself..

I was between a rock and a hard place after my Honda passed away-it drove itself to its demise due to the handbrake not on tight enough. So I had nothing to trade, no leverage. I know Subarus owned many Outbacks and they go forever. The problem is I'm 5' tall and this car is too big for me after the Honda and a Miata I have. I had 2 big dogs and felt the car would be great for a dog owner. Which it is. One dog rode on the back seat (covered) the other had the back to herself. Great for a dog owner. If you need a crate there's plenty of room. This would be a great vehicle for a children or pet family. I only have one 10 yr old dog left and this uses too much gas for me to consider a practical vehicle.

Only have been driving the car for a week, but it is clearly the best SUV I have experienced. My wife drives the Mercedes 300 - a fine car as well, but I have always preferred BMY engine performance and handling. The X3 is simply a pleasure to drive.

Wanted to leave this review letting everyone know if you can get to this dealership DO IT. My wife and myself drove 10 hours one way from Virginia Beach to get a beautiful 2003 Silverado 1500 with 77000 miles on it. We also traded in are 2022 kia Sportage AWD so we wouldn't have another car payment. Before we got to the dealership we talked about how much the full purchase price would be and if they would be able to at least pay off the KIA. We send in a video of the car and they said minimum they would pay off the KIA. The price they told me was the price I paid . They didn't change it on me . They paid us more then what we owed for are Kia even though they didn't have too. We have boughten 4 brand new cars in Virginia Beach and 3 used ones in are life time. When it comes to getting another used car I will be going through these guys regardless of we're I live. #respect to everyone that worked there. You guys got customers for life from us. So if you want a hassle free , great reliable car. We're the dealership puts you guys first before making maximum money I advise you go to this dealership even if you're driving far. We did 10 hours there 11 back home and we couldn't be happier. Thx again to everyone that helped us . Great car, quiet ride mostly for an SUV, glad I bought it, tested Honda CRV, Mazda CX-5, Hyundai Tucson, Kia Sorrento, Chevrolet Equinox, Terrain, and many others, at that time I could not make a comparison with Toyota since there were none to be tested, the Tiguan stood above the others

I bought my 2016 Rogue SL in 2019 with 32,000 miles on it. It is now 2025 and it has 223,000 miles on it, and I still drive her daily with no issues. I have had to replace the car battery once and the fob battery twice. I also had to replace the front wheel bearings about 2 years ago. That is it! No check engine lights no engine or transmission issues, no sun roof leaks. Everything she started with still functions as well as the day i got her. This has been the best, most reliable incredible car i could have every asked for. I can not speak highly enough of the Rogue and am currently looking at getting another one and saving what is left of this one for my daughter.

Q5 is a very comfortable & great performance vehicle. The Prestige model has options that other manufacturers only wish for & gets great gas mileage street & highway .

A year ago I bought a new ID buzz and overall, the experience has sucked. This 5 star review is specifically for Francisco in the service department. Since day 1 of owning the brand new ID Buzz, the brakes have been TERRIBLE - squeaking and grinding every time I brake. I had brought the car to the Thousand Oaks dealership and the Woodland Hills dealership multiple times for the issue. I had been told that this is a normal problem, the metals they need to use in CA are going to squeak no matter what they do, the hubcaps were designed poorly so there isn't enough ventilation to remove dust and debris from the brakes, that it is my responsibility to be washing the car more and removing dust and debris on the brakes, and overall my complaints had been 100% dismissed. Finally, I gave up and just decided the car is a xxx and I will have to live with it. I brought the car in for unrelated issues and said nothing about the brakes. After this visit, Francisco brought the brakes up to me, noting how horrible they are, which I said I know, but it seems thats just how the brakes are and will always be. He said absolutely not, that is not normal and can be fixed. He is the ONLY person at VW who has actually CARED. He kept me in the loop of the whole process and completely FIXED the "unfixable" brakes. My brakes don't make a PEEP since he fixed them, they truly have not made a single noise since. I always wanted to love the ID Buzz and now I finally do!! I can't give enough praise to Francisco, it is so refreshing to be helped by someone who actually cares. Victor was also very helpful along the process of getting them fixed. Thank you guys! In my opinion, the only two people at VW (Thousand Oaks and Woodland Hills) that actually deserve a 5/5 review. :)

I absolutely love this car and all it’s features even though it doesn’t open and close trunk via keyphobe. Kids love the car especially the panoramic sunroof.

I can assure you I’m not an employee. Given that, my experience with Sam and this dealership was absolutely perfect! We were out of state buyers looking to purchase a 2017 Cadillac XT5 Platinum they had for sale on all the car apps. I called to verify it was still on the lot for sale and Sam answered the phone. He immediately was on my side for whatever I needed. I had him check a few things on the vehicle that we couldn’t see via the pictures and he was completely accommodating. We were able to agree on a set price! So we scheduled a visit to the dealership on a day that worked for us. Sam had the car saved for us and ready to go once we arrived. He even was able to expedite the transaction by having us relay information to him via text. I’m a fan! It made things so much easier upon arrival. Just purchased a 2018 Nissan Rogue from Landmark Automotive, in West Chester Pa. The car is beautiful, runs so smoth and quiet. Its quite peppy barely touch the gas a it really moves. Sound system is amazing, and I love the push start. No problems so far and I really love that its got a two year warrenty. Chris at Landmark was awesome and even came out after a snow storm to help me out. Highly recommend

I've owed the rogue SV for some 9 months and I'm very pleased with the ride, performance and reliability . Prior to me purchased this car I rented a bunch of competitors to narrow down my choice. The Rogue has alot of features that really come in handy. It's a very thought out vehicle. On long highway trips it holds the road very steadily at 90 MPH and my gas consumption was in the low 40's. For the money to me it's the best value out there

This 2021 Nissan Rogue SL is a great car. It is very comfortable and loaded with features. I am very pleased with fuel efficiency. There has been no problems to report since I bought this car.

STAR AUTO MALL: Worst car dealer EVER! I bought a 2017 BMW X3. They never checked the car! I had problems immediately! I called, emailed & texted... Star Auto Mall would NOT return my calls, texts or emails! I went to BMW dealer, and they found lots of issues! Wires hanging down, tires rubbing, etc. It cost me $480 to fix it! I billed Star Auto Mall, and it looks like they're just chucking me the finger!! AVOID these incompetent thieves! Nice riding vehicle EXCEPT it has a hesitation issue when you step on the gas from a standstill. Happens most when the "stop/start" is active, less when you turn it off but it still hesitates. Dealer has no answer other than it is normal and we can't find anything. Others have voiced same concern, recall?

I had my car for 4 months, long commuter here i drive 100 miles a day and i love it. Eco mode saves gas and snow mode great in winter and snow.

Jeep passing jobs have been corroding at welds & hinges due to 2 diff. Metals built together. Issue for 15+ years!, recalled opens need to be addressed, my 3 rd wrangler and loved it! Great freedom ride, sport driven, outdoorsy attitude, love Jeep Wrangler the makers need to fix this cheap paint job causing our jeeps to rust prematurely!

I have owned my 2017 Forester since late 2016. Except for normal maintenance I've had no problems with thr vehicle. All of the warning systems work very well,they have saved me from accidents numerous times. The automatic seat repositioning when some one else has used my is really handy eliminates all the adjusting needed to get the position back to my needs. Traction and controll during winter and bad weather are excellent. My forrester get used like a truck at times. Great overall car.
