2017 Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 review
Bought this 9/2020. Looked high and low. Found it at a large well known dealership.It was a low milage lease turn in they bought at auction.Excellent vehicle.We have owned Mercedes for 40 years. Always gotten good service from them. An average of 10 years per car. Saved some 2K after reading many "how to buy" on you tube. Rehearse ,rehearse your approach and how to deal with the seller, its worth it. Only drawback is no spare. I bought one and dumped the "run flat" tires- very harsh ride with them.

I am writing this review because of the exceptional experience I received at this dealership. I was in the market for a new truck, new to me and my family. I was introduced to my salesman, Mason Slinger, who i actually meet online and then set an appointment to look at a vehicle. That vehicle did not work out, but Mason and his team there with the used cars, was very patient and thorough when it came to the needs of me and my family. We looked at multiple vehicles, over many weeks and a couple of months until all the planets aligned and everything worked out. My salesman, mason was excellent, the finance people were amazing to be able to put the deal together, within a budget that worked for me. After the actual purchase, i took the vehicle home and noticed some issues with vents that did not work properly so i took pictures and sent them to my salesman and asked him if there was anything he could do. They actually ordered all new ones, no cost to me, and this was not even on the "WE OWE" paperwork. We set an appointment, and I brought my truck there and everything was fixed. I am a 22 year retired Army Veteran, who has traveled all over this country. I have bought vehicle at over 50 different dealerships in multiple different States around the country. It is safe to say that I have never had such a great experience as I did here at Grand Junction Jeep Chrystler Dodge. From the Salesman to the finance, to the service tech who put in my new vents. Everyone i meet, saw, or came in contact with was just happy and professional. In a world where i thought customer service was lost, this establishment restored my hope that all is not lost. They have built a great culture and environment and from what i have seen and experienced a place where people actually want to go to work and are happy with their job. 2023 Honda Passport review
Had problems w/ battery draining at 17 months 22,000 miles. Then at 19 months 25000 miles, the audio unit needed replaced. While mine was In the shop, my service consultant had the same problem. Tow truck service told me they've had numerous calls on Passpotrs w/ dead batteries being dead more than once on the same vehicle. Hopefully we've got it fixed.

2020 Honda Pilot review
Waited to give an honest review. 4 years later, I know have 109,000 miles on my 2020 Pilot Tour. The bad: It developed the known crackle sound coming from the speakers. This was fixed under warranty twice. The second time not coming back and has been fine. The looks are "meh". My wife's Nissan of similar trim level has a far nicer interior and much fancier seats. On curves the "warning" light flashes on my dash and the steering wheel shakes sometimes if a car is coming from the other direction. It's annoying, but I hear a problem for many manufacturers with these safety features, not just Honda. The Good: I consider my Pilot practical. It does everything well, just not flashy. My previous car was a 2012 Honda Pilot that I put 190,000 trouble free miles on. This Pilot with an updated transmission feels MUCH quicker. It is much easier to drive. It handles well, averages around 24 mpg on my commute (non expressway), and has been trouble free outside of the speaker issue. It hauls the family well, with lots of room, especially if the 3rd row is not used. I put on the dealer installed trans cooler and trailer hitch to tow a couple of waverunners, which it hauls easily. If you can get past the "ok" styling, it is a car that does everything well and my reliability has been very, very good so far.

2025 Chevrolet Traverse review
I the Z71 with extra features, I love the car but here are some drawbacks 1- Only one size engine available 4 cylinder turbo I wish if they offered 6 cylinder turbo 2- The car shifting for the transmission does not give you the opportunity to shift up to the highest gear at lower speeds (example if I am driving 55-65 miles per hour it will not go to the top gear) 3- I don’t have the option of memory seats by pushing the button 1 or 2

2022 Subaru Ascent review
Purchase our Ascent June of 2022 ,love the vehicle it now has little over 44,000 miles on it put new tires on at 29,000 not because of wear but for long trips,brakes are still in great shape at last inspection,we are retired but travel with our dog companion,this car has traveled to New Mexico across to Florida and to Florida every winter and also to Maine and the comfort is just fantastic and our overall gas mileage is twenty five MPG and yes when and if we need to trade it will be another Subaru!

2017 Ford Edge review
I purchased this vehicle used, with rust issues. And made the dealership paint the under belly. I did have to get a brand new motor due to some issue but it was under warrantee so no cost to me. 2018 Toyota Highlander review
The transmission failed at 112,000 miles and it costs me $8500 to repair. I expect Toyota Highlander transmission would last at least 200,000 miles but I found out that the transmission is not made in Japan like my old Highlander, but it was made in the USA. People who buy Toyota expect major components such as engine, transmission, are made in Japan with zero defects, but when major components are made in the USA, quality suffers.

2020 Kia Sportage review
First off I would like to say that I am a huge car enthusiast who has owned many different cars in my 60 plus years. My most recent cars have been a 2017 Honda Pilot, 2022 Honda CRV and 2023 Toyota Highlander. The Pilot was nice but the CVT transmission drove me nuts with the way it jerked and shifted. The 2022 CRV was also nice but the electronics and bluetooth connectivity were SOOO bad!! The FWD Highlander with new turbo engine was a huge disappointment. I felt unsafe on curvy two lane roads.....like it didn't feel like it was gripping the road properly. It also had terrible turbo lag that was highly frustrating and dangerous feeling. When I would push it hard to get it going, it would almost skid out once it got going. The wireless apple CarPlay was its best feature but generally speaking the electronics were a nightmare and required a subscription to work best. You had to push multiple things to get to your radio and it was all so poorly designed. I had been having severe buyer remorse with the Highlander and started looking again. I drove a RAV4 and it was too underpowered and buzzy for my liking. Also drove a new Mazda CX-50 but was having a hard time spending the dollars on another new car since I would be losing on the Highlander trade. Long story short, we purchased a 2019 Kia Sportage EX for my college aged daughter in 2021. It was affordable, had good reviews and a longer warranty than everything else. She has loved it!! Turns out we have not needed the warranty even one time in these past two years. Only simple oil changes and tire rotations. She's away this summer so my husband and I have been driving her car periodically. During these drives, I decided I like her car so much, that I traded my Highlander for a certified pre-owned 2020 Sportage SX Turbo! I am SOOO thrilled with my decision!! The build is heavy and solid, visibility is incredible and driving it is SO much FUN! Feels like you're driving a Mercedes or BMW but at an extremely affordable price. The controls are so simple that I've not consulted the manual more than a couple of times. Everything has its own button and, although the car is loaded to the brim with every option you can imagine, it's all so easy to navigate and use. Kia made a winner here and I hope they continue on this path of using quality materials and easy to navigate electronics. If so I will be a loyal Kia fan forever!!

2019 Volkswagen Atlas review
This is my 2nd VW. My 1st was a 02 passat I bought in 2013. It was the most reliable car I ever owned. It has 230000 miles and still runs great! This Atlas takes things to a whole different level. The look, performance and features are world-class! The only knock I would have is the mpg is average at best. Only 20mpg on average. But overall it is a great vehicle for the price. The SEL trim is fully loaded. Whatever feature you could imagine, it has it. I hope to enjoy this vehicle for years to come.

2025 Chevrolet Trax review
I change cars every three years. Mt wife has a 2024 LS and every time i had to drive it i was amazed at what a great car this is. Anyway, i got into an accident and had to replace m car. Having researched just about everything out there when i bought her car i just bought a 2025 Trax Activ. I really love this car. It is really the perfect vehicle. It handles really well, it’s very comfortable, gas consumption is amazing. I only use top tier gas. I had to wait for the dealer to find one without a sun roof. The gps is flawless. I can find nothing about this car that I dislike. I wish it had a trunk release but not a major issue, you really should drive it as you will understand the feel of the operation. As far as the engine, i don’t understand the negative comments. It has ample power. It isn’t a hot rod but i have never had a problem with it feeling underpowered. I do mostly highway driving, set at 69-70 and never any hesitation, oh, the adaptable cruise control is a must have. It takes so much of the stress of highway driving away. I could go on bit i simply say TEST DRIVE ONE. You wil fully appreciate what surrounds you. It’s the only way to understand what GM did.

2008 Lexus GX 470 review
I love it other than the peeling paint. Have never had any other issue. I purchased off lease with 13k miles. Wish I had not gotten white. Not giving 5 stars because of paint issue. I paid a fortune for it and the paint should have lasted.
