They always do a great job - and they are courteous and work quickly. They did an oil change for us and also found that our cabin filter was dirty. That part was rather expensive (mostly due to the cost of the filter, $50, plus a $40 labor charge). We could tell the air was fresher afterwards.
2024 Ford Expedition review
Purchased new July 5, 2024 now have approx 16,000 miles recently took a trip that was total 4,000 miles. Wife states as the most comfortable vehicle she’s ever had especially on this long trip pulling a 6x12 enclosed motorcycle trailer from Chicago to Scottsdale, AZ. Nimble handling even in the mountains and plenty of power! 5 Stars Ford!!

2024 Jeep Wagoneer review
I love my new Wagoneer Series II in white with sea salt interior. It has a big punch from the twin turbos, the ride is like my Cadillac Deville. It raises and lowers it's own height based on speed and road conditions. My only complaint is that the seams on the trim at the two back windows don't seem to be sealed properly so the water after washing it continues to drip down leaving a calcium line down the vehicle. I'd would also love it if you could add more apps to the infotainment center. Overall I'd buy it again. I've had two Gukon XL Denalis and the amenities on the Wagoneer at a lower price point far surpasses the GM vehicles.

2024 Dodge Durango review
The prices are always way above what they should be😶.So that's why there was a 4 starwith pricing, but the interior I find the compartments hold dirt and capture things. Lots of cubbies. There is no way to clean out without deep cleaning other than that, the inter is fine with is looks. Electronics a little complicated. I have never seen a car with this color leather seats🤔.But they are growing on me☺️. Other than those things this car is absolutely perfect. Had a lot of zip to it with the 3.6 v6 engine. I love the way it drives. I love the way it maneuvers, and it's very classy looking

2023 Chevrolet Tahoe review
This is the third Tahoe I've purchased. My first was an '07 and I loved it. Second was a 15 and I hated it. This one is a 23 and I once again love myTahoe!! I love the new look of the body - that was one thing I never could say I loved about the 15. I was highly concerned about buying a "COVID car" because I had so many issues with the 15 that never should have happened so I couldn't imagine how COVID would affect things. I only have 6,000 mi on it so far but, absolutely no problems and only praises. Love the longer body and the fact that the second row captain's chairs can move. I love these 22-in rims more than any of the other rims that have been available on the Tahoe since 07 when I bought my first one. It does sit taller than the old ones so it takes a little getting used to. I have very long legs but now I have to use the running board when I get in and out but, I definitely like setting up taller in traffic. I know it comes with the territory owning a big four-wheel drive vehicle but, I do hate the gas mileage. I tow a 22 ft open trailer with a car on it and you'd never know it was back there. The Tahoe handles it beautifully

2024 GMC Yukon review
Purchased new in October 2024. Total miles driven 9,276. Just completed a 4,734.2 mile trip through 9 states. Just a pleasure to drive. My wife and I were on the road 16 days, with only 8 driving days, longest day was 674 miles. Average driving speed was about 72+ miles per hour. Seat comfort was amazing, no discomfort, great considering having 4 back surgeries. Very solid on the road with little or no driving fatigue. Performance was great. Of the total miles, about 500 were in town driving and 300 miles was in 4x4 in a snow storm coming across Northern Texas in April. Average MPG was 26.4 with my best 500mile drive at 33mpg. The diesel engine is very quiet requiring me to check the tach sometimes to be sure I had pressed the off button. Very quiet on the road as well. This is my first diesel and I would highly recommend it. Plenty of power, great fuel economy, quiet and very responsive when you need that quick acceleration. amazingly nimble for a big SUV. The adaptive cruise works great. My previous GMC was a 2009, 6.2L V8 Yukon XL. I drove that one 140K miles over 14 years with nothing but routine maintenance, a great vehicle as well. 2012 GMC Yukon XL review
I had my Denali XL for two years and absolutely loved it. It was comfortable, quiet and handled well for a large car. My only complaint was gas mileage. I made two trips to Las Vegas for bowling tournaments with all of my bowling gear and my dad's gear plus our luggage and got it all behind the third row seat. I loved all the bells and whistles, especially the cooled seats in Las Vegas. I'm actually thinking about buying another one now that my frequent trips are over. But it can be difficult to justify the expense of this monster. $80K fully loaded is a lot of money for a family wagon. Even used they're expensive.

After reading some of these reviews, I am writing on my experience as I don't think Cartersville GA Riverside is getting the credit they earned and deserve. It was a very wet and rainy morning as I was driving through the dealerships in Cartersville GA looking for a new/used truck, went to all three on Main Street, then to the Ford dealership on Tennessee Street, driving up one row then back down the other, at no point did a sales representative come out into the pouring rain to greet me. I then drove through Riverside no sooner i had made my way down the first row in the back of the lot, a young lady walked out to my car and introduced herself as Christina and ask if I needed anything. I replied no thanks I am only window shopping. She said okay let me know if you have any questions. I eventually drove away as I didn't see anything that caught my eye not within my price range. The next day I went looking the dealerships in town, this time I had my son with me to help me pick something out. Again raining and cold outside we drove through all the lots, still nobody bothered to come outside in the rain to greet me, we even stopped the car and looked at the sticker prices on several trucks at many of the dealerships. One last stop, Riverside Buick, as I pulled into the lot he came Christina with her red little rain jacket on walking up to my car, she said hello again, is there something I could help you with. I then told her I was looking for a truck within a certain price range and had to be able to tow my camper. She immediately pointed out three trucks to look at and went to get the keys. We spoke on pricing and financing possibilities of the two trucks I liked the best, but due to financial reasons I couldn't get approved with my current situation or they wanted too much money as a down payment that I didnt have. So my son and I left the dealership. The next day Christina called me she said I have three different banks that I have been approved from for either of the vehicles and asked me if I wanted to come and test drive them. I told here I'd be right there. She went over the details with me once I arrived and we took both trucks for a test drive through town she continued to say "no pressure, I want to make sure you get the truck you want" after the test drive I picked the one I liked the best, we signed the paperwork and Christina had the truck cleaned and detailed for me. And I come back after lunch and drove off in my new truck. I know this post is long but I wanted to capture the commitment and the willingness Christina had to get me into a car that fit my financial situation, my needs, and my bank account. I must have drove past 100 other car salesman during those three days and due to the rain and the cold only Christina at Riverside wanted to come outside in the weather and help me, she was amazing throughout the entire process I would never look at another place to purchase a vehicle as I am sure I will be disappointed in their service after this experience with Riverside Buick GMC I have received. Thank you Christina, and thank you to the entire team at Riverside Buick GMC for making this a very comfortable and pleasant process what a wonderful job they all did to make this possible. 2023 Chevrolet Tahoe review
I have a 2023 Tahoe after driving a Mercedes ML350. Husband wanted something bigger. While I really like my Tahoe, I do have a few complaints. The side mirror moves to a weird position inside the case every time I start the car and the preset button does not move it back, I have to reset it manually. I have had this "fixed" once only for it to start doing it again. I hate the auto stop option and am trying to train myself to push the button to turn it off whenever I get in it. The breaks squeal when stopping, I absolutely hate it! Was told since break pads used to be asbestos so they do not use them anymore and now it is metal on metal and living in a humid area makes them rust and that's what make them squeal. Was told to hard stop every so often to knock of the rust. What??? And my biggest complaint, it will not read my text messages to me without and internet plan. Why will it connect to my phone for calls, maps and music but won't read messages?? One of the biggest causes of wrecks, people trying to text while driving. Just one more way to get more money from us as if we didn't pay a fortune for the vehicle itself.

2015 Mercedes-Benz GL-Class review
We have owned our 2015 for two years now - got her used from a family member with about 55k miles. The car is comfortable, fast, huge, and gets great mileage for its size and weight - about 21mpg with a mix of city of highway miles and I'm shocked by that. This is the year they put the 3.0 liter twin turbo V6 in the GL450 - not sure what other years they did, but I highly recommend this engine. V6's are often marketed as having V8 power when they really don't, but this one absolutely has V8 power. It even sounds like a V8. You can certainly feel the car's heft on turns in country roads, but it weighs basically 3 tons fully loaded. It feels very safe and is super quiet inside - build quality is superb. It feels like a fast, luxury tank. I love it and I'm going to drive it as long as I possibly can.

2025 Cadillac Escalade IQ review
Very responsive and comfortable car. You feel on top of the world. The features are great. The car rides as if it knows what you want to do. The massage chair is so worth it when you are in traffic or have long commute. This car is made for people who enjoy luxury but don’t want to pay for the high gas.
