2019 Honda CR-V review
Bought this CRV AWD Touring new in 2019. Have 130,000 miles on it, no problems. Only time it’s at the dealership is for regular service. Gets 33 to 36 MPG . Excellent vehicle!

2023 GMC Acadia review
I have owned my Acadia just under one year. It is quiet, stylish, has an easy and very effective infotainment system, owns five star safety and shows every indication of being as reliable as the Yukon I owned for 20 years. This Suv will go to 60 mph in about 6.0 seconds flat. It has 20 inch wheels and tires and will turn better and stop faster than most every Suv. I have front and rear heated seats, cooled seats, a sunroof, memory settings and this is only an SLT. My gas mileage routinely exceeds EPA (with AWD). Driving from Milwaukee to Chicago, I averaged 29.8 MPG at 75 mph. EPA is 26 MPG at 65 mph. I truly LOVE that Car and Driver rates this SUV near the bottom. Better for me. I have the Home Run. The OWNERS of the GMC Acadia rate this SUV higher than Highlander Palisade, Explorer, Telluride and all the rest. Count me among them. FYI, not a GM employee, just a happy customer.

2019 Chevrolet Equinox review
This review is for a 2.0 turbo AWD Equinox Premier that I bought new six years ago and put 95,000 miles on. Sadly, this 252 HP engine was discontinued shortly after I bought it. Only maintenance in its life were infrequent car washes, twelve oil changes, twelve tire rotations, four new tires at 66,000 miles, rear brakes at 72,000 miles, air and cabin filters replaced twice. I’m still on my original battery and original front brakes. It should be noted that I only use 5W-30 Mobil 1 oil and I change the oil myself religiously as the car tells me to, and rotate tires the same week. For disposal, I pour the oil back into the same container that it was purchased in, so I can say without a doubt that the car has never burned (or leaked) a single shot glass of oil in its entire life. I have never reset the odometer since the car left the factory, so I can say that it has averaged 26.2 miles per gallon over its life, terrific given the power that it has, though I will say that almost all of its miles are highway. That also explains why my mileage on my tires and brakes are so good. And I should add a comment on the auto stop/start that so many in here don’t seem to like. I love it.

2015 Ford Edge review
I bought 2015 used and am impressed with my edge. I had an explorer before the edge that was totaled in a crash. The explorer was a very safe vehicle to be in when unfortunately totaled and with the edge being the little sister I feel safe and secure almost. Just uneasy because of recalls.

2017 Jeep Cherokee review
I have the Trailhawk trim, the serious off-road version. Finally, a car that I can confidently drive in and out of rough construction sites, and not be afraid that I'll break it or get it stuck. It is possessed by a powerful spirit of wanderlust, and frequently demands that I take it on drives just to see places it hasn't yet been, preferably places that normal cars cannot go. If Don Quixote de La Mancha lived in our time, he would surely drive a vehicle like this one; a vehicle truly fit for a modern Knight Errant. I didn't know until a few days after I bought it, and I don't think the dealership knew either, but this one has about a 2" aftermarket lift, and slightly larger tires than stock.

2020 Kia Sportage review
First off I would like to say that I am a huge car enthusiast who has owned many different cars in my 60 plus years. My most recent cars have been a 2017 Honda Pilot, 2022 Honda CRV and 2023 Toyota Highlander. The Pilot was nice but the CVT transmission drove me nuts with the way it jerked and shifted. The 2022 CRV was also nice but the electronics and bluetooth connectivity were SOOO bad!! The FWD Highlander with new turbo engine was a huge disappointment. I felt unsafe on curvy two lane roads.....like it didn't feel like it was gripping the road properly. It also had terrible turbo lag that was highly frustrating and dangerous feeling. When I would push it hard to get it going, it would almost skid out once it got going. The wireless apple CarPlay was its best feature but generally speaking the electronics were a nightmare and required a subscription to work best. You had to push multiple things to get to your radio and it was all so poorly designed. I had been having severe buyer remorse with the Highlander and started looking again. I drove a RAV4 and it was too underpowered and buzzy for my liking. Also drove a new Mazda CX-50 but was having a hard time spending the dollars on another new car since I would be losing on the Highlander trade. Long story short, we purchased a 2019 Kia Sportage EX for my college aged daughter in 2021. It was affordable, had good reviews and a longer warranty than everything else. She has loved it!! Turns out we have not needed the warranty even one time in these past two years. Only simple oil changes and tire rotations. She's away this summer so my husband and I have been driving her car periodically. During these drives, I decided I like her car so much, that I traded my Highlander for a certified pre-owned 2020 Sportage SX Turbo! I am SOOO thrilled with my decision!! The build is heavy and solid, visibility is incredible and driving it is SO much FUN! Feels like you're driving a Mercedes or BMW but at an extremely affordable price. The controls are so simple that I've not consulted the manual more than a couple of times. Everything has its own button and, although the car is loaded to the brim with every option you can imagine, it's all so easy to navigate and use. Kia made a winner here and I hope they continue on this path of using quality materials and easy to navigate electronics. If so I will be a loyal Kia fan forever!!

I seriously have too much to write in a review about my experience over the last 4 year of trying to purchase this new vehicle. But I am going to forego all that and get to the point?. I have just taken delivery of a new a 2023 GMC Sierra 1500, Denali, 4WD, Crew Cab-Short Box purchased from Martin Chevrolet Buick GMC, 420 W Southline Street, Cleveland Tx 77372 281-761-7029. Martin Chevrolet Buick GMC is a Family own busine run This purchase makes my 5th Special order vehicle I have purchased in my life. Each and every time, I sat down to do the numbers, you leave the dealership with your head spinning as to the stuff they try to incorporate into your Sales Agreement. NOT this time, Martin Chevrolet Buick GMC did everything that I was expecting. First, let me tell you I had the Dream team working on my behalf. Shout out to; Janet Martin- Vice President, Efrain Salazar ? Sales Manager, JC Phillips ? Finance Manager and MOST important; Justin Allen ? Sales Specialist who work with me for over two years to get my new vehicle. The amount of time to get the vehicle was of no fault of this dealership, it was General Motors, Covid, Part Shortages and anything else you can think of. However, Justin Allen, walked that walk with me to make sure I was up to date on all information I needed. He listened, he heard and he was there every time I had a question, worry or concern. Thank you Justin Allen. On May 15th, I got a call from Justin saying your new truck has just arrived, come on up and get it. Of course, we went thru all that sale process at this time and I can tell you I was not pressure and being a numbers guy, all their number was what I had gone in with. The Sales manager made she I was okay with the numbers and the Finance guy did not beat me over the head trying to sell me things I didn?t want. Note: this was my 4th order of this new vehicle, twice before with different GMC dealerships who at the end of the process was inflating their number much more than I was going to do. What I can tell you about Martin Chevrolet Buick GMC is that they CARE about the customer and are will to work with you to make your Dreams come true. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you?. 2011 Kia Sorento review
I own a 2011 EX V6. I bought it with 61,000 miles on it in March 2021. I have just at 111,000 miles on it now. Best car I've ever owned. Had a mustang and Camaro before this and they were terrible. The worst problem I've had is the driver side door won't open from the outside, but opens from the inside. The battery died about 2 months after I bought, but I bought a new one, and it's been fine since. The driver side headlight went out bout a month ago but replaced it. Driver side fog light is out. Had check engine light come on about a month ago, but it was just the gas cap. Honestly, I've seen a lot of people with bad 2011 sorentos, so I'm grateful mine is good. Older couple in their 80s bought it brand new in 2010, and then I bought it at the dealership as they were finalizing their new Buick purchase. They told me the history of the car and everything. They barely drove the car 6,000 miles a year, so I think I lucked out. Now, the car feels every bump on the road, so not the comfiest SUV I've been in. The leg room isn't terrible in the 2nd row, but good luck with a rear facing car seat lol. You'll have to move the driver or passenger seat forward if you put the car seat behind them.

2024 INFINITI QX80 review
After spending time with the 2024 QX80 Sensory, I’m comfortable giving it a five‑star rating—not because it’s perfect, but because of how well it delivers on the things that actually matter in this segment, especially at the cheaper real‑world transaction prices these typically sell for. The build quality stands out immediately. Material quality, fit, and finish are all genuinely impressive, and even after 30,000 miles the cabin remains tight with very few creaks or rattles. That’s something I can’t say about several other luxury brands I’ve owned, including BMW, Mercedes, and Cadillac, which tend to develop interior noises far earlier. On the road, the QX80 excels at what it’s built for. The ride is extremely comfortable, highway noise is well controlled, and the 400‑hp V8 provides smooth, effortless power. It’s a relaxed, confident cruiser that makes long family trips easy. The interior is spacious, the leather is high‑quality, and both the interior and exterior design have a clean, upscale look. Fuel economy is average for a large V8 SUV—nothing surprising there. The real drawbacks come from the dated technology. The infotainment system feels behind the times, and features like a head‑up display or massaging seats simply aren’t available. The front seats could also use more side bolstering for better support. Even with those shortcomings, the overall package is strong. When you factor in the typical selling price—often well below MSRP—the value becomes even clearer. You’re getting a large, comfortable, powerful, and well‑built luxury SUV that prioritizes reliability and long‑term durability over chasing trends. It’s not perfect, but nothing in this class is. What the QX80 does, it does exceptionally well, and that’s why it earns a full five stars from me.

2024 BMW X3 review

My experience at AutoNation was outstanding from start to finish. Everyone involved provided true white-glove service and made me feel valued as a customer. From the moment I arrived, they were attentive and welcoming?they even came out to greet me at my car, which I really appreciated. They went above and beyond by offering me a ride home and later calling me to arrange pickup, which made the entire process very convenient. When I returned, they personally escorted me back to my vehicle and ensured everything was taken care of. Throughout my visit, the team was professional, patient, and thorough. They answered all of my questions clearly and made sure I understood everything. They also checked in often to make sure I was comfortable and even offered drinks and snacks. 2025 BMW X5 review
Biggest negative on the X5 is the run flat tires. I think they reduce the quality of the ride and at 5,000 miles had to replace two flat tires ---- non-repairable damage.

My experience at Fred Haas Toyota World has been the best and quickest I've ever had when purchasing a new car. I recently bought a 2025 Sienna, and Mr. Kamran Durrani assisted me throughout the past month in reserving the vehicle and completing the purchase. This was the first time I felt truly indebted to the sales representative for helping me buy a car. Ms. Jennifer Welch from finance was exceptional, as she not only engaged in negotiations on already reasonable prices for the warranty packages I needed but also demonstrated kindness, efficiency, and speed in finalizing the deal. For context, I've exchanged over 20 cars in the last 20 years, so I speak from experience. Mr. Durrani is outstanding—fair and logical in his approach. He even showed me a used Sienna before I decided to reserve the new one, and allowed me to reserve the New Sienna without the $500 deposit required for reserving the minivan. Why is this significant? Let me explain. More than a year ago, at another location of Fred Haas Toyota (Fred Haas Toyota Country), I had paid $500 to reserve a Sienna in a color I particularly wanted (Brown, which is no longer available). However, after more than three hours of negotiations—where I found the price-inflated essential-to-me warranty packages—at the dealership, I was unable to finalize the purchase. They refused to refund me the $500. I distinctly remember driving home about 40 minutes at night time with my wife beside me, feeling embarrassed and disappointed, promising myself I would never visit that dealership again. I hope they found some value in that $500 (I say this sincerely, not sarcastically).
2019 Cadillac XT5 review
We love our XT5, it drives great and looks great. The only thing is the navigation. You have to plug in your cell phone to get it.
