This is gonna be short and sweet but i came in for a simple alignment and they made me feel at home, offered coffee and hot chocolate along with water. nothing too special but it’s the hospitality that counts. and y’all at Galleria have that down pact. also noticed a little food and water bowl for the animals. love this place seriously

Great experience! Josh Crawford answered our questions and was a great help, even helped get through to our insurance company. We came in to test drive a car we found on the web. I bought this used with 26,000 miles in the spring of 2024. I love the styling, interior, and value. My only complaint is that the angle of the infotainment display can make it difficult to see due to reflections, especially in bright sunlight. I love the AWD option, it adds to stability - even in dry conditions. The remote start is handy in cold weather since I now live in an apartment and no longer have a garage. Performance with the optional engine is more than adequate.

I had decided on the Hyundai Venue before visiting the dealership. What I needed was the individual packages. I have had the car for a short time. But I am very pleased with the ride and the performance.

In the middle of travels, I had an indicator light come on regarding my rear brake light. I called ahead and the dealer advised that though they did not have any appointments, I could drop in early for the needed repair. I did just that and in under an hour I was on the road. The price was fair. My advisor Ryan explained what was needed and provided updates via text and in the waiting room. All of the dealer staff that I interacted with were friendly. My wife and I bought a 23' Jeep Compass Limited with 15K miles. We were looking for something small but also a vehicle that could offer 4x4. My initial impression of it at the dealership was that it has an awesome exterior paint color (granite crystal) and black wheels to compliment it. The car drives great on the highway and city. It's a very comfortable ride and the car can turn on a dime! I am currently averaging 30 mpg while commuting to work each day. I have noticed the car will sometimes have difficulty up shifting. As long as I apply more gas it eventually gets over it. Not a big deal for me as my last vehicle would do the same thing. The rear view camera is nice on the Compass, however it is completely useless at night. Overall we are very happy with our purchase.

On 3 week vacation when we realized we needed our truck serviced. Called our dealership in Ohio and they told us we should have it done before heading home. We randomly chose Champion and glad we did Friendly and very professional. They got us in the next day and quote was right on. Highly recommend

I love the look of this body style, unfortunately they changed they body style so next time I buy a car it won’t be the HR-V with backseat handle that make the vehicle look like a sedan.

The only thing is there is a space between the seat back and the seat, if you put something small on the passenger seat it can slice and end up on the floor of the back seat.

Great little SUV. Bought used with 8000 miles. Since I bought it I've averaged 36.6 mpg. over 14,648 miles. Every review I read it mentioned about its power, I can pass cars at high speed with no problems. Only problem is the storage space when back seats are up. Otherwise, easy to drive and park.
