He is excellent at getting us in and making sure we get the service on our cars we need. Jason in parts has always helped us with parts and getting the batteries changed out in our key fobs. He is excellent. He has also been around a long time. We like dealing with the same people when we call or walk in. It means a lot! It’s uncommon these days. I’ve had my 2019 trax 52k miles for almost 3 years,
I’ve had my 2019 trax 52k miles for almost 3 years, absolutely love the car no problems so far(knock on wood) only small minor inconvenience a ground wire got a little dusty and was cleaned. I have done the pcv fix as Chevy did not make it good for these engines in the long run. Not a lot of power for my liking so I modified some components. Not very friendly for tall people im 6’3 and have my seat set almost all the way back.
