2024 Buick Encore GX review
For the money you can't do much better. Quiet, sleek and has lots of options available. Has plenty of room and storage for this class of car. Love the AWD version as I live in a part of the country that gets a fair amount of snow.

2025 Mazda CX-30 review
Owned the car 5 months. Very happy with interior comfort and the stowing/storage space in the rear. The sound system is impressive. Took a little time to become accustomed to the entertainment system but I just needed experience. Good road handling in the winter. Practically no road noise. 2024 BMW X1 review
The 2024 BMW X1 is nimble and responsive. It has an excellent memory for self-driving the car to back out of tight parking spots along the path the driver used to get into it. The car feels spacious inside and is easy to get into. My observed hwy mileage is 36mpg @ 75mph and 22mpg in suburban driving. It’s defects are: 1) the driver must learn how to start from a stop to avoid a sluggish pick-up or a sudden forward jerk; 2) the owner’s manual does not include directions for setting up the electronics, so the owner must resort to a complex cryptic in-car system that is difficult to sort through; 3) the built-in navigation system's is hard to use; the owner will resort to Waze or Car Play; 4) the car is bumpy on rough surfaces, and vibrates like a massage unit on washboard.

2024 Buick Encore GX review
My wife and I are very pleased with our 2024 Encore GX purchased used w/ only 2500 mi on the clock. The Encore GX is one of the current Buick lineup of 3 small SUVs for about $25k; I suspect these hidden gems are unknown to many Americans. Unfortunately Buick's focus on China has resulted in the Buick brand being all but forgotten in the US. The NHTSA has given a ***** Overall Safety Rating to the 2024 GX. I have one negative with the Encore -- I'm 6'-1" and the Encore is small for me. Some call the cabin "surprisingly roomy" for a sub-compact suv. Truth be said IT'S JUST SMALL. Likes * 1.2L Turbo engine surprisingly strong in city driving * Entry-level luxury at a moderate price * Fun to drive (some call it boring) * Lots and lots and ... of safety features * Excellent mileage (30+ mpg) for an ICE SUV * Sits up high (as a SUV should!) due to 18" wheels * Quiet cabin due to Buick's QuietTuning technology * Heated seats, steering wheel, outside mirrors * Physical buttons/knobs for radio, climate controls -great * Power hatch/liftgate w/ kick plate - very handy * Traction & Stability control Dislikes * 1.2L Turbo engine is somewhat challenged on the highway * Design same-same as every other small SUV on the road * Digital Speedo and NO Tach; I prefer the real thing * Seats are narrow, hard and uncomfortable on long trips * Road noise is worse than expected for a Buick * Small cargo area w/o rear seat backs down * Insufficient legroom in back seats * Insufficient rear headroom for tall persons * AM/FM/Satellite radio difficult to program * VERY sensitive brakes and accelerator

2022 Nissan Rogue Sport review
I have only owned the car about a month. I purchased pre-owned. The car does not have good acceleration. Slow in fact. That's my one complaint. A big complaint really. The car is fully loaded with all the bells and whistles a car can have. Once you plug your Android or iPhone into the outlet it will connect automatically to the car. One of my favorite features is the reading my text messages to me feature! NICE feature to have. I didn't want a big SUV, this size works perfect for me.

The only thing is there is a space between the seat back and the seat, if you put something small on the passenger seat it can slice and end up on the floor of the back seat.

2024 Mazda CX-30 review
I love my CX30. Only a few very minor complaints. The back seat is small. I would only recommend it for small children. Since i'm the only user, it doesn't really apply to me. The car overall is small, which makes it easier to maneuver and more fun to drive than larger CX models. I'm 6'3 tall and have no problem fitting in the driver's seat - plenty of head and leg room. The other complaint is the small gas tank (under 13 gallons). Even though, I don't regret buying my CX30. It's a lot of fun! I would definitely recommend not looking at any trim level lower than premium due to all the options the premium includes. I opted for the non-turbo. It's fast enough without it, and was 3K less.

2023 Audi Q3 review
Very comfortable drive and ride, has all the top shelf features for comfort, technology, safety . Sturdy buttons, interior materials are high class. Can take 89/91 grade gasoline. City drive is 25mpg, highway is upto 32mpg. oil change intervals is 10000mile . Seats in the back recline by adjustment, making it comfortable in long drives. Recently had a 14hour highway drive- was feeling refreshed even at the end of the day. The highway drive at night was not fatiguing to the eyes, likely because the glass quality must be really good compared to other brands. Wish they had a hybrid version to get better mpg or even better, a plug in hybrid version would be welcome for the future. The trunk space is small and can fit only one international size suitcase.

2024 Chevrolet Trailblazer review
Certainly enough power and comfort. Very roomy front and comfortable for passengers. The reviews call it sluggish and, it is not that during everyday use. I was shocked how well it drives after reading reviews. I got a great looking white 2024 RS in perfect shape with 9.000 miles on it. 2022 Chevrolet Trailblazer review
I absolutely love this car. It have a 2022 Trailblazer Activ with all the safety features and full sunroof, etc. I have 80,000 miles on it and it is so fun to drive! I have driven it all over the country and currently live in the mountains and commute 90 miles round trip over a mountain on winding road to work and back and it’s so easy in this car! I even lived in it for a few months when touring national parks and slept on a mattress in the back with seats folded down and it was super comfortable for me as a 5ft 5in person. Especially since I could look at the moon and stars through the sunroof while laying down in the back! I am praying that it goes to 200,000 miles because I dread the day I no longer have this car and may just end up buying another one even though I would prefer a hybrid for better gas mileage. I also have had exactly ZERO issues with this car! I have gotten regular oil changes and service checks and that’s it! About to get the spark plugs replaced just because it’s time. But it has not shown any signs of any problems whatsoever! I’m beyond thrilled with my purchase! And I only ever owned Toyotas or Hondas before buying this car, but the reliability so far is comparable! My auto shop also told me they never see these cars in the shop because they are reliable! 2025 Volkswagen Taos review
I like the white and black combo. I like that it's not too big and is AWD. Still getting use to the technology. I can start and lock the doors from my phone. It notifies me if I left a window or the sunroof open. Will not go far if the trunk door is not completely shut. This is my 1st suv, I like sitting up higher than in a sedan.

2025 BMW X1 review
Car delivers more than I expected. Two must have options are Technology Package and Driver Assistance Plus - that combination is hard to find. Sport seats are very comfortable. Lack of knobs and buttons is an issue - miss them. There is a huge learning curve transitioning to a touch screen. You must absolutely make use of the BMW "Genius" service. Highway MPG exceeds advertised value.

2023 Chevrolet Trailblazer review
Drove one in New York, NJ ,PA area for work (rental). Loved the connectivity to Android, very simple, you get what you need. Comfortable, drove about 800 miles and it did very well driving in all sorts of traffic and terrain conditions. Overall very satisfied with the car, would consider buying one if the reliability is good long term.

I unexpectedly wound up leasing a 2022 Buick Encore GX. I have been very happy with all of the features and performance of the vehicle. It is peppy, handles great and is quite comfortable. A small step down in size from a Chevy Equinox and it has worked out extremely well.

2024 Jeep Compass review
We purchased a 2024 Jeep Compass Limited Elite. This vehicle has far surpassed our expectations for comfort, handling, road noise and quality. There is very little road noise we hear inside the vehicle, and this allows us to keep the radio turned down to a comfortable level. Handling is exceptional and very responsive. The driver safety features of lane guidance, adaptive cruise control (my favorite) and 360-degree backup camera are now features we will not go without after experiencing first hand performance. The only reason I gave the interior a 4 is for the icons on the informations screen for Music, information and home, etc. are very dim and hard to see, especially during the day. After a while you know where they are and can just touch the area to get to what you want.
