I am delighted with my 2023 CX-5 Signature in the hard-to-find Eternal Blue. I've had it about one year now and it's more than adequate for my driving needs. No, I don't need a rattle-prone pano sunroof. The six-speed non-CVT transmission is just fine. Never need or use(less) the paddle shifters. Performance with regular fuel is just fine. As an "early senior", I don't need huge cargo or passenger space. Only complaints are the Apple CarPlay isn't wireless; and miss the power tilt/telescope steering wheel and power memory exit seat that I had on my unbeloved '20 Lexus NX (which I was glad to get rid of!). All told, I'm a Mazda believer and buh-bye Lexus!

Do your homework and research the vehicle of your choice. I bought the escape used in 2024. So far, no recalls and it was a great buy, and I love it. I have the 2.0 turbo 240 horsepower. I use premium gas, full synthetic oil and change the transmission fluid every 30 thousand miles. I also read that once you get to your destination, let the car idle for 10 seconds so the turbo has time to rid any excess output.

We bought 2017 Chevrolet Equinox 4 cylinder. Pre owned with about 59k miles. It’s over 110k and we’ve had the oxygen sensor and catalytic converter replaced. Also 1 tire sensor. We’ve put the 2nd set of tires on the car yesterday. Always Michelin as recommended and brake shoes. I just have to say I still love my car. It’s paid for and I’ll drive her as long as I can.

I had a great experience at Billion Southtown. We put the entire Corvette trade towards a 2014 Camaro Convertible deal together over the phone and via emails with James V. We made the 3.5 hour drive to Worthing, SD and was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Great costumer service, great price and great trade value. I would highly recommend them. I brought our 2018 Hyundai Senada in for a service because it is using oil excessively. This is not covered under warranty so therefore the only way to get the motor fixed is to have the motor actually blow up. This was not good for us considering we have an investment in the car and now it is virtually worth nothing. Billy and Hyundai is doing what they can to document it and in case the motor does blow up, they will have the paperwork necessary to get Hyundai to hopefully replace the engine. Brooke and Wyatt were the unlucky billion employees that had to break the news to us and then deal with us as not so happy customers. They did a great job with communicating and getting us to understand the process and what our options were if any. that’s a hard position to be in as an employee and we appreciate their honesty and help. They are two great employees that billion Hyundai is lucky to have on staff.

I bought a 2018 Traverse new. I still have it in 2025. I bought it because it was an inexpensive truck. I have to say that it really grew on me as I have owned it. It is very reliable. I had only 1 check engine light after 4 years and cheap to fix. It runs great! Its fast and has a super comfortable suspension and interior. The stereo has a really good sound. It holds a lot of cargo at Costco for me. I take beach trips (total 7) with my gf and 3 children and their friends and everybody fits! I also tow with it. My son has a 16 foot Boston Whaler that it pulls no problem. Strong at the boat ramp as well. This is a great versatile truck and I will probably buy another one after 10 years. I am very pleased 4 stars for this truck. Almost perfect. Improvements: I would like a better and bigger touch screen and real usb hook up in car.

The CVT is something to get used to for sure, but I live in a low density almost rural suburban county. If I had to drive this in city stop and go traffic, I'd probably not recommend it. For areas where you can start and go it's very enjoyable to drive. Comfortable, powerful, good visibility. I average about 23 unless I'm on actual highways and then it's usually around 27 mpg which is great for a V-6 with this power. The groan from the drivetrain is due to the lower RPM at low speeds. I bought mine with 113k miles and have had no real issues yet. The vehicle had a transmission fluid change at 100k, and had regular oil changes every 5 to 6k miles during its life. I can't really complain, it was such a good deal (used).

Ian and Mat are great to work with! I have bought from other Billion lots before and was never blown away. Of course the sales people are nice but Nissan, and of course Ian, goes above and beyond. I was never really impressed with the financing guys, they were cordial but not really personable. I always figured maybe it was the job. Mat is great to work with and really cares about helping people and making sure they have the best offers available to them! These guys are what every dealership should hope to be. Thank you all! First Subaru ever. Got the Ascent Touring onyx. Fully loaded. The handling is great. I love the all wheel drive. It is much zippier than my Toyota Highlander Hybrid. For the money, the safety equipment, and extras are worth it. I LOVE the auto vehicle hold! Never knew I needed it until I had it. I miss the mileage of my hybrid, but the amount I drive it is not too much of an overall ownership cost difference. The center counsel system is slow to react sometimes, and would like physical buttons. Otherwise I love the large screen. Happy that the shifter is actually a shifter not a button or knob. Love the rear view camera, and surround cameras for parking are good. App, is better than most, and facial recognition is great for seat, mirror adjustments and lifetime gas mileage!

My 2 honest cents. Just bought the 2024 GLS 450 and it has a huge presence on road and it looks stunning! I went with the AMG exterior package and it looks way better than the base model. Ride quality is good, very smooth ride on freeways but you do feel small bumps on occasional city roads. The engine is good but I wish it had a bit more power, feels little laggy at low speeds but when you floor it it moves fast and steering is very responsive. On the other hand, cabin very silent tho and you barely get to hear road noise (without acoustic package). The Mileage is incredible on this, wasn't expecting to write about it but the GLS gives better mileage than my GLC. Interiors are amazing and is something no other manufacturer in this segment can match (especially at night with ambient lights), seats are super comfy and the infotainment screens are also crisp. Overall, love this SUV and i'm gonna keep it for a while.
