Very nice SUV has a Cadillac comfort ride witch his excellent. A lot of features and gadgets. Cadillac stuff in around for years and I always have been very luxurious and the ride is just awesome.

Seth was the rep who organized our maintenance and repairs. He was friendly and efficient.The courtesy update was much appreciated. I recommend scheduling your maintenance visit for the most efficient process.

I really like my 2022 Acura MDX, it’s a luxury SUV. It’s pretty and it’s just for me. The problem, I have only had it for 22 months and the starter went. It cost us $950.00 to replace the starter, that didn’t include the labor. Thank God my husband has quite a bit of knowledge on installing starters. Problem number 2, reverse light needs to be replaced, that’s the hold panel and the cost is a whopping $500.00 and something dollars. The 60,000! mile maintenance has to be done in the next few months. The dealer charges $1,325,00, Honda charges $835.00 but it has to be done. But again, I love my car and I plan on having it for years to come.

My service experience at Bob Howard Acura is always top flight! My service manager, Christian, went extra miles to make sure I got the best care. I had my car in for a routine 30,000m check up, but I also had a terrible squeak coming from somewhere. Christian made sure this problem was diagnosed and fixed. The best part? Christian actually told me I might experience a few more squeaks, because a SMALL part of the issue involved replacing an expensive part. He gave me all the info to make my decision and gave me a TRUE diagnosis. No fake news! I?m so happy with my Acura and with Bob Howard!

Our Kona SEL is stunning to look at. The included technology in the car and the app make it so enjoyable. It is so quiet when driving. We only have 572 miles on it and MTN VIEW HYUNDAI will check on it at 1000 miles. Great warranty too. This replaces a 2006 PT Cruiser. We are very happy with this car and dealership!

My only complaint is that the whole place smelled like exhaust. I have severe PTSD and issues. This review is ridiculous. I just did it because they were all so nice there.y

I went for the annual emissions test and it failed because of the evaporator in the charcoal area. There is perhaps a weak voltage going into the system.

My wife and I bought a new Escalade Premium Luxury this week. Sajid Khan was our salesman. He did a FABULOUS job of showing us the vehicle. He went into each little detail about every option and accessory on it. I've never seen a salesman that was so thorough about his or her presentation. The overall buying experience was flawless! Road noise is loud, Water leak in front passenger side during heavy rain or car wash. Engine noise that the tech can’t locate. The XT 5 is a very nice size SUV. For a high end vehicle the warranty should be better in length and milage..

The only thing that is a little uncomfortable for the right leg against the lower dash board area, but it's not a big problem I am satisfied with the performance and gas mileage.

Perfect, I will recommend everyone who owns a Toyota to use Bob Howard. They were professional, experienced and fast. The facility was clean and nice.

I have enjoyed my vehicle. It is comfortable and drives very well. I like the color also. It is very roomy, takes off fast and the safety features are very beneficial.

I have only owned the car about a month. I purchased pre-owned. The car does not have good acceleration. Slow in fact. That's my one complaint. A big complaint really. The car is fully loaded with all the bells and whistles a car can have. Once you plug your Android or iPhone into the outlet it will connect automatically to the car. One of my favorite features is the reading my text messages to me feature! NICE feature to have. I didn't want a big SUV, this size works perfect for me.
