I initiated contact on a particular vehicle and was promptly answered in a very professional manner. Never felt pressured in any way. The vehicle was displayed in great detail. I feel that Boris would be a fine person to do business with.

Haven't had an issue in 5 months.

I got this car used at 80,000 miles. Went on a gut feeling it would give me way less headaches than my Jeep Wrangler which was giving me issue after issue. I have had it since January 8th, 2019 and have not had a single issue with it. This has made me incredibly happy and I would recommend getting a used one. AWD better than my 4WD in my Jeep. Only thing bad comes down to sometimes hitting my head because I am not used to a low car (although I sit high up too.) If you want to drag race, do not get this car due to CVT. CVT is amazing once you get above 40-50 MPH because it takes off very easily. Recommend!!

The power is the only thing lacking. Such a weak 180hp cvt drivetrain. The manual 185hp isnt much better. After having 4 of these not a single issues with any of them. All wheel drive will take on any snow Indiana can throw at it passing trucks on the road. Sound system is great for factory for the price. Nice leather heated bucket seats. Power moon roof. Not a lot of aftermarket parts selection unless you buy used from craigslist or Facebook. The styling interior and exterior always has people asking if it's really a Suzuki. A lot of options for the money such as automatic tinting rear view mirrors backup camera rear park assist.

I was interested in a car at LCM. When I got there Barry gave me the key and a plate. I asked him to figure out the total while I was test driving. When I came back I liked the car and the price, so I bought it. Couldn't have been easier.

Runs and handles great. Looks classy too. Looks like the gas mileage is very good for the size of the sedan. Was a little scared to buy it because they stopped selling them in the IS. We’ll see what happens. Excited to see how it moves through the snow.

So Happy!

We left Arizona on a beautiful December morning headed to Utah for a long awaited ski trip. We had been looking at Suburbans online for six months and were hoping to find a "newer" used one while on vacation in the Salt Lake area. Shamrock was our first stop as they had a Suburban with the color of interior that I wanted. Wow! Everyone exceeded our expectations! We unloaded our ski gear and bags on the spot and reloaded everything into our new Suburban. Our ten year old (still in her jammies) curled up on their couch and watched TV while our older kids cleaned out the vehicle that we traded in and mounted our ski rack on the new. The whole process took less than two hours and could have gone faster, but we bought some assessories and weren't rushing ourselves. Thank you Jake (and all) for treating us like friends. We will keep our eyes on your inventory and hope to buy from you again.

Unappreciated Vehicle

This car has such a unique and attractive styling to it that went unnoticed by American buyers (sadly). The exterior got its looks from the VW Jetta and Toyota Camry, but on the inside, the interior is unique to Suzuki. It's attractive and at night, the red lighting makes it look super cool. The stereo system is also the best I've ever heard and it is very easy to use. The engine is excellent on gas during freeway driving. Sometimes you really gotta push the gas to get that full effect from the engine because it can feel under powered at times. Overall, the Kizashi is an amazing car that I would recommend to anyone looking for a sweet ride at a low cost. Luxury for the masses!

It is a shame that Suzuki cars left the US because this car would have done great things. It's design is extremely unique and the interior is very comfortable for long rides. Although, the engine is not all that powerful and the car is not as fuel efficient as it could be, the car still never fails to put a smile on my face.

Great place, great people, great cars. I was looking at many cars and found a 2014 Ford Fiesta. I spoke with Fernanda who answered my sales questions and Douglas who was the finance Manager. They were friendly and approachable. I was happy with time I spent with them.

Car is beautiful, But
by Damali from Amherst, NS

The car is beautiful, I love the look of the inside and out. We have had to align it 3 times since new and have gone through 3 sets of tires because of it. The car has left us stranded 5 Times in the first 50,000kms. Service sucks at all 3 dealers because each one was 2 hours away, no one could find out what was wrong with it not starting, well the manufacturer didn't tighten the starter which ruined it. After we fixed it not the dealers it has been running great so far. The car is almost 4 years old and we still get people turning heads, pulling us over to ask to look at it and ask all kinds of questions about this amazing looking car. It is the manufacturer and dealers fault that the car is getting a bad rap. But I still love it.

52 000 km review

Not a single problem so far. The original tires (Dunlop 7000 Sport) only lasted 35 000 km and I had to change the wipers. Best car I've ever owned hands down...the handling is amazing and it is almost impossible to get stuck in snow. The gas mileage could be better...but it is expected for a heavier car. I do not get bored of it's look....a lot of people are asking me what kind of car it is everywhere I go (no Suzuki emblem in the rear). I usually change car every 2-3 years, but I plan on keeping ithis one for 10-15 years...yeah that is how I love it!

I just traded in my 2011 AWD S with 164,370 miles for a 2012 AWD GTS Sport with 18,926 miles. The old one required one set of brakes and spark plugs, each side's headlight bulb, four license plate bulbs, and lotsa tires. Service was performed sporadically. The car was driven manically. Best car I've ever owned (since my first in 1972).

Bought my STS used with 30,000 miles. Nearly 2 years and 20K later and this car has been flawless. I was worried about the CVT but it has been perfect. EVerything still original - including tires, brakes. This car is refined, fun, elegant and luxurious. I travel the MassPike at 80mph and this Kizzy is loafing along. It astounds me Suzuki went bankrupt. How this car was not a runaway hit boggles my mind. People in parking lots ask me what this car is. I find strangers checking this car out and peeking inside all the time.

The best car I ever owned
by Franko from New-Brunswick, Canada
January 30, 2014

I drove a lot of cars in my life (Acura TSX, Audi A4 Quattro, BMW 328, etc.) and I can say that it's the best car I ever owned so far. The intelligent all wheel-drive system is incredible and better than my previous Audi A4 Quattro. Furthermore, you can chose to put it FWD or AWD whenever you want. I removed the badge in the back and I had around 15 people in 1 year asking me if it was a Lexus, Audi or Mercedes (the car looks really good!). I also had around a lot of people behind me for a few seconds, passing me by and turning their head to verify what kind of car I had (what a great feeling every time). I am currently at 23 000 km... not a single problem. The only cons are that I find it really hard on gas and it lacks of power (not enough HP for a heavy car like that). It's hard to tell for the gas because I am only doing city. I almost bought the new Acura ILX or a Subaru...but after looking at all the specs and the price.. it was the best choice and I don't regret it.

What a value
by Me from Upstate, NY

Being young and a single mother, I needed a car that I could rely on, with all wheel drive and a little bit of power to still be some fun but not eat a ton of gas either. this car is exactly what I was looking for with extremely affordable pricing!!! The handling is amazing and I feel like Im driving a rental half the time. I originally thought that it was too good to be true, but it turns out....this was the deal of a lifetime for me! I got an almost brand new car with some of the extras for only $15,000!!! The only issues that I have with it at all are that Im a very petite person and sometimes it feels too "roomie" for me. I feel like Im reaching for the radio or heat/ac controls sometimes. Also, the steering is VERY tight!!!!! I can't stress this enough! I've had the vehicle for 3 weeks now and Im still getting used to it. Other than that.....I LOVE my Suzuki Kizashi! What a great car for a reasonable price!

Title says it all I have owned quite a few high end cars such as Infiniti G35x Mercedes Benz S-Class a few nissans here & there and this car is very high on my list seats are comfortable dont mind the CVT if you owned an Altima SL before you know what to expect It really is to bad Suzuki did not point out some of the highlights of this car that some higher end vehicles have mine is the Sport AWD SLS modle so it has everything like rain sensing wipers power passanger seat 10 Speaker Fosgate system the handling of this car in a corner is very stable this car has amazing headlights at night the body style is far beyond its time everyone who sees the car ask and says it looks better than some of the other cars i have had my 1 and only complaint truly is the bluetooth other than that I think Im in love !!!!

Can't beat it for the price
by Car Guy from Minnesota

We bought a used 2010 GTS with 20k on it. We have put 20k on it since the purchase. We were looking for an AWD car so we looked at used Subarus and others. For the price/reliability/content we couldn't pass up the Kizashi. The car has been solid with zero issues. We switched to synthetic oil and our mileage went way up. Currently averaging 24 mpg in the city and consistently get 34 mpg on the highway. On a few tanks we got 40 mpg highway. My only complaints are the CVT from a standing start is slow to accelerate. Once you get moving a bit then it takes off. Also it does have a bit of road noise, could just be the tires too. The electric steering has a different feel to it. Not bad, just different than I am used to. Overall this car is just a plain bargain.

Nicest car for the money
by ncasianp from New Orleans, LA

Test drove a 2012 left-over but new SE and were impressed with fit/finish, steering/ride and overall feels. Bought the car after some more research. Other than disliking the feel of CVT, we are pleased with the car. We even tracked down and purchased another Kizashi with manual transmission. Swapping vinyl steering wheel and shift knob with leather covered ones (brought out the cruising control) as well as updating with aftermarket navigation units made Kizashi close to perfect. Our previous cars were 2002 BMW M Coupe and 2000 323i Wagon!

Disclaimer: owned for 3 weeks, too early to talk reliability. Hushed, yet composed ride, good handling w/18s, very high feature content and creature comforts for the price. Not too fast (in automatic), a bit on the chunky side, so not a gas sipper. Can be hurried via shift paddles, CVT in '12 works just fine. Quiet safe vibe.

Very Dissapointed
by Angie from Alabama

Bought the car 8 months ago and have had nothing but problems. The wheels were scratched in shipment, had to replace the tires after 30,000 ( VERY expensive), the car locked me out while it was running ( not suppose to be able to lock the keys in the car), the radio changes channels on a whim, and now my windshield wipers are going out. I have a long drive to work and back each week so I already have 40,000 miles on the car. That means NO warranty left. Unbelievable to me that all of this can go wrong with an 8 month old car. Worst car I've ever owned and would never recommend to anyone.
