I really love this car. It looks great, is very fast, and is all-around fun to drive. The one-pedal braking is the best feature, IMO. Would purchase again.

My service advisor was Chris and Keith was the tech at RSM Honda. I brought my car in at 7:00 am without an appointment and they addressed all my service needs. I received a $25.00 discount by showing them a coupon from Norm Reeves Honda in Huntington Beach. I also replace the engine air filter and received a $25.00 discount from Honda H.Q. being the second car in on Wednesday helped but their service was great.

Got the 2023 standards model 3 and it far exceeds any other car, especially ICE. Every single car I will own from here on out will be a Tesla. The other ev brands can't compete. Will also get the Rivian R1S, that is the only other brand I would consider. Don't buy an EV from a company that also makes gas cars unless you like throwing away $.

I own a 2022 Tesla Model 3 RWD. It has LFP batteries and I can charge it to 100%. It's degraded about 3% after 15 months, so not too bad on the battery. It's been great, with no problems that were Tesla's fault. A truly great car and highly recommended!

It’s so much better than expected and my expectations were high. There are so many lies out there about Tesla’s but they are easy to drive and easy to own, and more affordable than most think. I’ve had a few minor issues but Tesla took care of them quickly. I’ll never go back.

The entire staff was extremely helpful and made great efforts to ensure my experience was top of the line. Everyone represented Audi well and made sure to enhance the feeling and luxury of not only the vehicle, but the brand. Everything from the presentation to my treatment was in a grand scale. I had filled out a credit application early in the morning before the shop was even opened and within minutes Johnny Azoulay, the sales manger, and Brian Sarabia contacted me. The entire staff knew I was on limited time and did everything possible to expedite my purchase and trade in; by the time I got to the dealership, everything was prepared. Jeremy Bullock was in front of the dealership waiting for me to greet me, which was a nice surprise. He and Johnny made sure I was well taken care of throughout my time waiting. Everyone treated me with open arms and communicated every detail. They met every expectation and went above and beyond, in my opinion. Throughout my visit, every person that was working with me ensured I was confortable and checked if I needed anything whatsoever. Shout out to Nicholas and Tal! They helped me select the best bang for your tesla. The Tesla came with a cracked windshield but they replaced it for free! This is the only dealership i know that comes without any additional hidden fees for very good prices.

A lot of the negative reviews on this place are a bit silly. In my experience from this past weekend, if you listen to the salesperson who you are assigned, bring all the documents requested, make appointments, and come fully prepared, you will have an excellent experience just as I did. I placed a 7-day hold on the exact car I wanted, and made an appointment to come test drive it and apply for financing a few days later. I spoke with my salesperson, Jerry Neyland, a few times on the phone before coming in, and he always had the answers I needed. He advised me on what documentation to bring with me, and when I arrived for my test drive appointment Jerry has the car ready for me. We took a quick test drive, I fell in love with the car, and we started the financing application. Since I brought everything we'd need, it was a BREEZE! In total, I was maybe at CarMax for 2 hours maximum. I had been stressing over it all week, only to find out it was all so, so simple. Jerry's customer service is second to none--he was friendly, quick, and understanding. He kept me informed every step of the way, and not once did I feel he was putting pressure on me or trying to "sell" me on anything. CarMax Buena Park gets 5 out of 5 stars for me, and Jerry Neyland gets 6 out of 5 stars! Overall an excellent experience in every regard.
