I recently purchased. a Model X Long Range to replace my 2021 Audi e-tron; I couldn’t be happier. The Tesla is faster, more efficient, and more fun to drive and the charging network is second to none. Interior quality and ride are comparable. My dogs love the extra room and Dog Mode in the Tesla. I have no regrets!

Excellent experience—fast responses, clear communication, and no pressure. Pricing was very reasonable, so no need for haggling. They really know Teslas and took the time to explain features and options, which I really appreciated. Definitely one of the more knowledgeable and trustworthy dealers I’ve worked with.

Excellent SUV. I primarily bought the X because it has the highest safety rating of any car tested by EURO NCAP. I know that my kids are safe and if anything were to happen we have the lowest probability of injury or death. That’s most important. It’s fun to drive, handles extremely well for a truck and it can easily pass others on the interstate. I save $5000 a year in fuel and charge overnight at my home. The autopilot is the best I’ve ever seen, it recognizes everything on the road at all times. It can see in every direction and I’ve never had an issue with it. They continually update the autopilot over the air, so you’re always getting the best version. The app automatically preheats and pre-cools in the winter and summer before I head to work which is one of the best features ever. I used to have a remote starter with my Q5 but I always had to manually start the car and it took forever to heat up or cool, if I forgot to pre set the climate before I left the Q5 it wouldn’t work. Overall I’ve had no issues. The other reviews seem disingenuous.

We purchased a Tesla S from Above and Beyond Automotive and they were just that….above and beyond any car dealership we have ever come across. It was our first time purchasing a vehicle out of state and Hamid and Edgar couldn’t have made the process any smoother. Hamid was extremely patient with all of our questions. He was up front about any imperfections we might be concerned about even though they were extremely minor and the vehicle was gorgeous and in like new condition. Edgar FaceTimed us and sent in-depth videos of the vehicle pointing out anything that we should be aware of. Their pricing hands down beats any other dealership….it is straightforward and they don’t tack on hidden fees at the end after you have decided on the vehicle. They’re also experts in selling Teslas which is extremely helpful if you have never owned one before. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase and our purchase experience and that says a lot! We live in Texas and our Tesla was shipped to us from California! Best experience we’ve ever had with a car dealership.

This is our first Tesla. I was on the hunt for a 2023 or 2024 black with white interior Model X plaid with HW4 (hubby insisted). I’m pretty obsessive so I searched all the sites everyday. I decided to turn off some more filters because I was not getting much luck. I came across Above and Beyond Automotive’s listing. It was a ‘23 Model X Plaid with black with matte vinyl wrap and white interior! It also had HW4 AND paid FSD. I quickly showed my husband and even though it was a little more than what we wanted to spend, we agreed it was a steal. I reached out and quickly got a response from Hamid. We worked out a price and the only problem was that we were in LA. We quickly put a deposit down in order to hold it. We just drove up on Friday and picked up the car on Saturday. Everything went smooth. Hamid gave us a run down on how to work the app and giving us tips on how to conserve and maintain the battery. My overall experience was great and I’d do it all over again! I called in the morning to get service on my new EV6 that had a dead battery. KIA corporate called nine dealerships and couldn’t get service until five days later. I called Capital KIA spoke to Anthony in service. He was able to diagnose and repair my car that day. Great service team.

Good service, high price on the car is why I did not procede.
