Only minor problems with only one maintance/repair/upgrade visit just recently (2020) at a Tesla SC, 1.5 days in the shop. All other minor problems handled by an excellent mobile Tesla tech that comes to your house (a special service for those not near a SC). No drivetrain problems whatsoever. 1/3 the maintenance cost of an ICE vehicle, no gas cost. Gas net savings about $5,0000 over 5 years. This is an SUV with moderate dirt road capability and 9" ground clearance.

We bought the 2016 Model X one year ago. So far it has been a great vehicle with outstanding handling. Even on snow and ice (we live near Spokane, WA) it did much better than I expected. The vehicle is heavy and sturdy. Back in September I had a deer run into the car just in front of the drivers door while I was going 55 mph. I was surprised at how little damage the car sustained. You can’t beat the convenience of ‘fueling’ at home.

A big thank you to Danny Hyatt, a young man who did a tremendous job selling us a XT6. He was patient and kind with each and every question and facilitated the finance and service department for extras. Delivery to our house across the state was seamless and we are extremely pleased!

Most comfortable and most exciting car I have ever owned. The falcon-wing doors are amazingly practical! In tight spaces where the conventional front doors can barely open, the FW doors lift up and out, making exit much more comfortable; plus, on rainy days, they act like awnings - wonderful for attending to children in the rear seats.

When my car was ready James came by and walked me back To the shop floor to my car and Kenneth Walter (sharp young guy) succinctly Showed me the issues and gave me two solutions. Very smooth process. Entire process from arrival to leaving with the car was under 2 hours. They were very knowledgable and helpful with the EV credits and helped me get credits I didn't even know about. Yes, the prices listed here include the credit. They were very upfront about this (when I called as well as here on the site). It's $4000 for the used credit– the research and math needed to find the "actual" price is trivial. They didn't even mention or try to push any warranties, maintenance plans, gap insurance, accessories, etc. Much better experience than other dealerships that give you a hard time while trying to squeeze every penny.
