This review is long overdue. Dominique Torres has assisted us multiple times since we got our EQS about a year ago, and each experience has been outstanding. I called Dominique in the morning, and she told me I could bring the car in later that same day. I stopped by House of Imports after work, and Dominique promptly received the vehicle and took care of everything. She even offered a courtesy car in case mine needed to stay overnight, but the issue was resolved in about 30 minutes, and I was back on the road in no time. That’s what excellent service looks like. In recent years, I’ve noticed a general decline in customer service across many places – but not here. Its’s refreshing to work with someone like Dominique who consistently goes above and beyond. This is exactly how you retain clients and turn them into repeat customers.

I'm a field service technician and have abused a Model X for over 10,000 miles. My territory is mostly TN, VA, and NC. Travelling throughout the Appalachian chain within, loaded with over a thousand pound of parts and material, has revealed a suspension that decimates rival SUVs. The majority of the weight being in the deck/battery of the vehicle makes for the great handling into the curves of the mountains. It's passing acceleration is amazing, going from 70 to 90 in about a second (loaded to the gill). I was renting SUVs for a few months and working them as I was, would lunge into curves because of the front heavy motor - and just scream trying to pass in the mountains. Most of the time I do not use the brake pedal, as letting off the accelerator engages the regenerative braking and charges the battery at the same time. The falcon doors and hatch back/trunk make loading and unloading easy with the added space in the "frunk". The infotainment system is super sweet with excellent mapping. The seats are easily adjusted to make them "just right" and made from a thick, supple, and cushy material that easily wipes clean. - I have travelled around the world doing commercial field (and military) service for 30 years, renting vehicles that were big, small, fast and slow. The Tesla Model X is the best SUV in the world today being quick, nimble, and tough as a nail.

I’ve had a few small items need attention and one door motor go bad. It’s a bit large for my garage and driving. Autopilot is great but not perfect but makes driving less stressful. Trim piece came loose and fit of components is not precise but overall I love this car! If one has solar and a Tesla Powerwall too, this car is awesome, otherwise your power bill may “shock” you. My car has free supercharging for long trips.

We had to travel about 45 minutes with 2 small children and a teen to check out a car at their dealership but it was so worth it. We ended up buying the car and our entire family loves it. I’m 45 and this was the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience I‘ve ever had. So glad we made the trip!

After having this car for a few months, I am convinced that it is the best car I have ever driven. So far (not a long time) it has been flawless. The ride is very comfortable (and adjustable), the interior is a bit Spartan for a car in its price range, however it makes up for the somewhat less cushy interior with technology that is far ahead of any other car maker. Driving an electric car with performance that rivals some super cars is a thrill. I believe Tesla is the only car company that really gets what electric cars are about. The Tesla supercharging network has no equal for other cars. The Model Y may be a better value, but if you want a crossover with all the luxury, this is the one to get.
