The moment I got the demo car onto the highway, I thought to myself, “I LOVE this car!” Which rarely happens. I test drove both the Model 3 and Model Y in snowy conditions, and had not a single bout of fear that I may lose control. A few weeks ago, when we were getting a winter blizzard, I was driving my Mother home from Boulder. It was snowing about 2” -3” per hour, people were spinning out all over the place. The Tesla driver interface is unique, but becomes second nature and pretty good in just a few drives. Interior is very comfortable, quiet, and spacious, but a bit sparse for the price point. Performance is great but the inability of virtually all EVs to meet their EPA range estimates without going downhill with a tailwind is disappointing. Charging at home is great. The Tesla charging network works very well as does the Tesla app on your smartphone. We have seen none of the build quality issues others have previously noted. Tesla customer support for us has been good and responsive as we’ve worked through questions and bought accessories. Overall, with weight and aero being determinants of EV range, the Model Y is a very well designed vehicle. Aero drove the exterior design and weight the interior. The resulting looks are either something you like, or not, but for their purpose, they work. Right sized and shaped outside, very spacious inside. Recent price cuts made the value decision one we could live with. Compared it with every other EV of its size and very happy with our choice.

One of the best cars I owned. With recent price reduction on Teslas, this car is excellent value. First of acceleration does not get old. Puts a smile on my face every time. One pedal driving is fantastic once you get used to it. So many different features and you get more with every update. This is so cool to own car for 6 month or longer and still get new features. I’m assuming they had some quality issue with early models. Mine is 2022 and fit and finish is excellent. All works as advertised. I was a bit skeptical about getting a Tesla myself due to so many negative comments. But my personal experience is excellent. No rattles. Love using my phone as a key. So convenient. Audio system is one of the best in business. Give Tesla a try and you will not be disappointed. Range is plenty for daily city driving. Saving ton of money on gas. Convenience of charging at home. No more Costco gas station lines. Time will tell, but as far as I understand this electric engines are much simpler and this more reliable in a long term.

Cannot say enough about the quality and innovation of this dealership. The quality of their used cars is unmatched...I was blown away at the condition of every car in their inventory. Each one literally looked brand new inside and out. Dont judge this place by the appearance of the building. Once inside you will be blown away. The people, environment and display of vehicles are all impeccable. I was at dozens of dealerships the past 2 weeks and can honestly say Perfect Auto Collection was the only dealership that I felt was honest, innovative and made us feel special. I would recommend not going on a weekend because due to the nature of botique car shopping, their resources did get stretched thin on the saturday we bought our Porsche. We drove 4 hours each way to buy my car and we do not regret it....and I plan to do the drive again for my next car! Renee was very helpful in getting me a car she stayed late to make sure we could find the car that I wanted. Financing was easy. I knew what I wanted to pay and after two discussions, the price that I wanted was given. my only complaint is when I arrived for my appointment all the men in the dealership were standing around saw me and ignored me, I saw one woman assumed she was Renee and walked up to her. She was on the phone handling another customer. There needs to be some type of Process for customers to check in when entering the dealership. But overall a good experience

I had a wonderful experience purchasing a used vehicle at Prestige Auto Mall. Found the exact car I wanted in tip-top shape at a fair price with excellent customer service and attention-to-detail. The process was stress free and pleasant. Jon Oriakhi was very professional and knowledgeable. Not one of those 'pushy salesman' . He even replaced the headlight lightbulbs for me since I wanted a fancy ones. Overall, great experience and highly recommended dealership with a lot of great cars to pick from.

My salesman, Michael Baldwin was great and very easy to work with. I would highly recommend him. He communicated and listened to exactly what I was looking for. Everything went smoothly until after I worked with the finance team. Their lack of communication and follow through on payment was very disappointing when everything was correct on my end. They never verified before unnecessary texts and phone calls were made. It ended up making my overall experience very stressful.

I had a great experience, saw the truck on Saturday night, drove from PA to Ohio on Monday to get it. Steve (Coach) already had the tank filled and cleaned before I arrived. I looked at the Same truck in PA, they couldn’t come close to the price Medina had!! I would definitely go back to Medina for another vehicle.
