The service department team have a really good service manager Jason and the service team guys and women are detail with their customers and explain all before servicing and afterwards extensively so you leave satisfied. The operators who work the phone calls in to the dealorship are exceptional as well and they don’t get enough praise for their detailed work as well taking all the calls to direct where to go to keep the dealership in order. Huge shoutout to Mo and Jeff at Midlo Motor Mall! These guys were AMAZING. They went above and beyond to help me out—literally putting a brand new battery in my car out in the snow without hesitation. Who does that on top of that, they even threw in a free full tank of gas, which was such a generous surprise. The service was friendly, fast, and genuinely caring. 2020 Tesla Model Y Long Range Dual Motor All-Wheel Drive review
Workhorse for all seasons
Long range AWD FSD ( great on long trips) I got white seats and am so glad. Really brightens the interior and they have been easy to care for. Battery lost range faster than my older Model 3 but it’s still around 295 after ~70k mi. Great in the snow but a bit more ground clearance would help. Cracked windshield was repaired by Tesla and cost about $1000 less than Safelight. No other issues except for CEO
