This is easily the best car you can own. I decided to upgrade from a 2021 Tesla to my current Tesla Model 3 in November 2024, a few months after the model was refreshed. Both were amazing cars and blew me away. The 2024 model is extremely class-upgraded and refined over the original. It is easily the most luxurious and tech-forward car in its category. This car is ZIPPY, and it handles amazingly. The self-driving features are absolutely superb and get software updates frequently. This is the best car for road trips around town, honestly, anything you throw at it, it handles. It is so cheap to fill the range back up at home (I keep mine at 80% max unless road-tripping). The convenience alone of this car makes it worth it, but the material quality and luxury feel make it all the more worthwhile. Tesla's audio system is SO GOOD, it rivals the Harman and Bowers & Wilkins on other cars I've driven. The LED ambient lighting is so beautiful and adjustable. Cooled seats are a must on hot summer days, and you can even start them with one button on the app. So beautiful, fun to drive, and intuitive. Could not be happier with my purchase! You won't regret going with a Tesla!

Justin the service rep was very attentive and professional. Made sure he answered all my questions and provided great customer service. Only thing I wished they could have done better was the car wash. They didn't dry all the spots and the only vacuumed the driver side. Other than that, I will return.

The moment I got the demo car onto the highway, I thought to myself, “I LOVE this car!” Which rarely happens. I test drove both the Model 3 and Model Y in snowy conditions, and had not a single bout of fear that I may lose control. A few weeks ago, when we were getting a winter blizzard, I was driving my Mother home from Boulder. It was snowing about 2” -3” per hour, people were spinning out all over the place. One of the best cars we’ve ever had. Very comfortable and fun to drive. Would recommend the AWD Long Range for the extra power, upgraded stereo and range. The ‘24 is quieter and more refined than its predecessor. The only negative is the lack of turn signal stalks. Not sure what they were thinking but it is a terrible idea…One that I’m sure that they will reverse in the coming years.

They were very helpful and transparent about the cars we looked at. The process was very smooth. Did not try to guilt you into any other add ons that a big name dealership usually does. Would recommend to anyone trying to stay within their budget!

I’ve had my M3P for 5 days and I freaking love it! Controls take some time to get used to where everything is. I’ve had maybe 30 cars and this is my favorite by far. I highly recommend if you’re in the fence, just buy one. You only live once!

2018 Tesla Model 3 Long Range RWD I purchased this car with a little less than 60k miles one and a half years ago for 21k. It now as 97k miles and the only maintenance I’ve done have been new tires and windshield washer fluid. Someone made a left turn in front of me and the car was already braking as I was lifting my foot off the accelerator. Quite literally saved my life. The suspension is tuned to be sporty, so it’s not a plush ride by any means, but it’s hard to beat at its price point in the used market.

I bought a Chevy Silverado from LSM Cars and had a great experience overall. The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable about the inventory. Erika and Mike made sure everything was handled properly and efficiently. The pricing was fair and the process was transparent. This dealership truly cares about their customers. I’ll definitely be back in the future.

This car has been the best I’ve owned so far. Even if you aren’t looking at a Tesla, EVs in general are so much fun! I’ve had little maintenance in the three years I’ve had this car so far (tire rotations, wiper blades). Every major software update brings either new features or improvements.

The is the FUTURE of automobile transportation! Absolutely FABULOUS car! No more gasoline, no more scheduled maintenance. If you hit the accelerator hard, you'd better have your head against the headrest or you may be injured. Zero to 60 mph in 3.5 seconds for my 2022 Model Y Performance. Fast charging Tesla Superchargers are always available across the country making long, cross country road trips a pleasure. At home I can charge 300 miles of range over night for $8 of electricity. Yes $8! Super Chargers cost more, but the speed and convenience is well worth the costs on road trips and it's still a fraction of the price of gasoline. I honestly look forward to getting into this car and driving it. I've owned a Mustang, BMW M3 and 5 Series, a Porche, Jaguar, Mercedes SL550, and many more cars. None were as fun to drive as the Tesla Model Y Performance. This is the future of automobile transportation and getting better every day.

Honestly, my experience was 6/5 stars. I went on Sunday to test drive the Crosstrek…Estelle Feng was more than happy to show me the vehicle, answer any questions, and didn’t pressure me at all to buy that day. I knew I’d be coming back because of her. I even considered going to a different dealership, but I just wanted to work with Estelle. Yesterday (Wednesday), Estelle met me on my timeline (she’s really the best) to test drive the specific trim I wanted, and I didn’t think I’d be able to make any deals that day, due to some paperwork I was waiting on. This is where Jeff Jones comes in. Honestly, I don’t know how Jeff did it, but he gave me exactly what I wanted. He worked hard to make sure to meet all my demands (and there were many). He somehow was able to get me into my dream car that day. Jeff is easy to talk, has a great sense of humor and really loves his job. Oh and he has the patience of a saint but I’ll get to the later. Marco Saines handled the boring stuff (paperwork)…again, super easy to talk to, honest, and just a good guy. He made it as painless as possible. He’s also quick to get back to you if you have questions. Back to Jeff…reading the contract today, I got confused by the numbers I was looking at. Admittedly, I am sick with a cold, and not thinking as sharply as normal. I called up and Jeff and ran him through the wringer. He very patiently explained to me what I was misunderstanding…several times (I’m sorry Jeff!!!). I realized my error and am immediately writing this review! :) Honestly, these three are a dream team. At no point did I feel pressured to buy that day, they just let me know I could if I wanted to. I hate being pressured, I’m highly anxious and am going through a difficult chapter in my life. I felt so comfortable as a woman going alone to this dealership and getting a car. I can honestly say this is one of the best customer experiences I’ve ever had, and that’s saying a lot, especially for a car dealership. You won’t regret buying a car here. I own a 2017 Tesla Model S. It's literally the best car I've ever owned. I have driven it 157,000 miles and haven't done a thing to it except change tires. ZERO maintenance! No more oil changes, fluid flushes, belts, filters, nothing. I haven't even needed new brakes because the car slows it's self down so I rarely even touch the brakes. It cost me $400 to have my electrician put the proper outlet in my garage. I charge from home while I sleep. I am never inconvenienced by having to go to the gas station. No more pumping gas, getting gas on my hands, nothing, dripping down my car. I will NEVER own an ICE engine again. Couldn't be happier and will never go back. If you aren't sure, trust me, you will love every minute of driving this car and you will save money doing it.

Best Car ever! Elon Musk and his Tesla company did a great job with this reliable vehicle. Don't want any other car! It is so Reliable. I use it as a business vehicle and don't want anything else. no major breaks, always runs, pre conditioning features and app connection is unbeatable.

I'm 65 years old and have owned many cars and trucks all my life and this Tesla is completely different from anything else you will drive. People make fun of Elon Musk but he and his engine ers hit it out of the park with the Model 3 ! It looks great, drives like a dream, very quiet, instant acceleration, and "one pedal" driving where you never have to touch the brake. And all the different feature that the car does you can set up to your liking and most can be operated by voice commands. The car receives automatic "updates" over the "air" from Tesla so it is constantly getting better and learning new things.

We had this car for 6 years. 91k miles including many road trips from Tahoe to Southern California. We loved it. It’s a workhorse that requires no maintenance and never breaks. There are three amazing qualities where it really shines over internal combustion competitors. 1) operating costs are so low. $7 to “fill up”, no oil changes, never need new brake pads (regen braking) and no maintenance. Just tires, alignments and windshield fluid. 2) autopilot makes freeway driving so much easier. You can relax like you’re a passenger. Yes it’s not perfect so you need to pay attention but it’s cruise control x2 3) safety. Look at crash test ratings. We’re a family of four and 100 people die in a crash every day. #1 cause of death until you’re old There are a few annoying things. Charging on road trips can be annoying. You have to stop every 150-200 miles for 15-20 minutes. It goes through tires faster. Tires will be your biggest cost. For a set that’s warrantied for 40k, you’ll get 30k

This is the best car I have ever owned. Over the years I have owned many luxury cars and by far my Tesla Model Y is better than all of them. I have had the car for 2 years now and I never had any issues with the car. Very reliable, fast, and love the auto pilot. The handling is amazing and very quiet. Love the minimalistic interior. I don’t understand why other car maker put 100s of buttons in the dashboard. Love the screen and it’s user friendly.

So I did a lot of research before buying a Tesla. I knew I would like it and it would be cheaper to own than an ICE after 5 years! But what I didn't know...I don't like it, I LOVE THIS VEHICLE! I will NEVER GO BACK TO ICE!!! While I love my Tesla, I could see going to Rivian or Polestar, esp after they do their 2025 conversion to the NACS or Tesla Charging Outlets. But the Tesla Charging Network is the MAIN Reason for going with Tesla. What I also didn't know...was that Tesla regularly (bi-monthly on avg) updates and upgrades their cars with over-the-air updates...as the car gets better and BETTER, day by day! Name another car that gets better with enhancements at No Cost to the Owner. Any other car only gets better if you pay for it!!! Heck, many automakers even charge you to update their Maps! And the VOICE COMMANDS are oh so simple, just use standard language! I often rent vehicles with College Officiating and every maker out there has a complicated (non-natural) phrasing needed for their Maps...Tesla is as easy as Google Maps or Waze! I knew I would save over $300 a month charging at home vs Gas. In reality, I avg over 2K miles a month, and Home Charging is costing me $80 to $88 on avg. Oh and in my truck, I would have paid over $500 easy in Gas. So given the $200 higher monthly price point for an EV, will be worth it over time! Travel is not even remotely an issue, though you will find stopping to charge, you will find time to eat better and safer, and you will be much more relaxed upon your arrival! Enjoy the games or movies on your screen and the theater surround sound! Previous Owner of 3 Fords, 3 Saturns, 2 Chevys, 1 Jeep, and Current Owner of 1 Nissan and 1 Toyota. Oh, and there was a DODGE LEMON in a Charger that DIED every time you went from Reverse to Drive. Dodge went into the shop 30+ times and they could never find or fix it and did nothing to replace it. It eventually died on I-10 and I was lucky an 18-wheeler's air forced me off the interstate before it KILLED ME & TOTALED the Car! Again, I never want to buy another ICE car, though the Toyota was purchased as my wife's wish...but only for her wishes.
