Very transparent group of guys! They showed me everything about the car and explained it in detail. I bought my 4 Runner new in 2001, it's now 2023 and still running strong. I think I have an emotional attachment to it at this point. The car has been with me almost 1/2 my life. I drive that faded paint car like a badge of honor, because it shows there was a time in my life, when I made a really good decision!

Very reliable. Very capable and fun. Only had one issue with this thing and it was after I jumped it while offroading. Busted the steering rack. 300$ later she's good as new.

The 2001 Toyota 4Runner is a great mid-size SUV. This SUV is great on and off road and is super reliable. My 4Runner is 17 years old with 225,000 miles. I purchased 8 years ago with 145,000 miles. I've really only had to change oil, brakes, tires and shocks. Largest repair so far were catalytic converters. There are two.

My wife's 2017 Edge Titanium needed service because the "wrench" light came on. Dropped it off and met with Odie Terry, our Service Advisor. Odie informed us that it will be a day or 2 before a tech could get to it because they are always so busy. Odie called me a couple of days later and said the battery wasn't getting enough volts to the sensors, creating numerous error codes. Replaced the battery and one code came back as a torque converter issue. Once we found out they would be keeping it awhile Odie arranged a rental car for us. Turns out the transmission needed a complete overhaul. Thank God for the 5 year/60k mile power train warranty, which covered everything! Took about a week but once we got it back it drove like a dream! Odie called me every 2 days to give me a progress report. He made what was a major inconvenience much more bearable. It's nice to know there's a dealership close to us we can totally trust to service our Edge and do everything right. Hats off to you Odie Terry, you are a true professional and an outstanding ambassador to the Ford Motor Company!
