Perfect car. 2006 v6 on 33 inch wheels with no tune for those wheels and it runs like a dream. 230k miles with mostly highway miles and she purrs like it’s off the lot. Great SUV
Bought the 4 Runner at 142k on her and was 13 years old. I use it to haul my 19’ runabout boat from the camper and to the boat ramps, no issues. She is great in the northern Ohio snow belt area where I live with the all wheel drive and V8, what’s not to like except 17.2 mpg average. The weakest link on this vehicle is the rust issues on the frame and the timing belt that has to be changed at 100k.
