I’ve owned a 2022 Toyota 4Runner sr5 for around 2 years now and the whole time I’ve put that thing through basically xxxx, and it has never ever broken, or had anything wrong with it, it may not be considered a truck to some but it sure has driven better than any truck I’ve ever driven, the 4Runner is a beast

Not the most technologically advanced but that is what I was looking for, keep it simple! The features it has are the important ones, at least to me. This is my third one since 2011 and I love not having to bringing them in for repairs.

I want to express what a great job Anthony Vitale did today and how happy I am with the service that was provided by your dealership. My tire pressure had been low and filling up my back tire just was not working. I decided to just show up at the dealership without an appointment to see if the service department could figure what the problem was. There was a nail in my tire; however, not only did they repair my tire, but they checked and topped off all of the fluids and washed my car. Anthony was extremely professional and took care of everything at no charge. What a great experience!

Amazing build quality…you can feel it in everything. The last of its kind. Buy one while they’re still around. Don’t buy if you’re concerned about fuel mileage. Trade off is drive it easily 20 yrs without replacing hybrid battery packs and CVT transmissions. Old school bulletproof reliability and quality.

The Salesperson Made an Amazing Car Buying Experience We went to CarMax in Independence to look for a mid-sized SUV with relatively low mileage at a reasonable price, and we found what we were looking for. A 2022 Chevy Equinox with less than 19,000 miles, in great condition and at a price and payment terms that are acceptable and affordable. I have bought a few cars in the past and I always went to “traditional” dealerships to purchase them. This was my first experience with CarMax and I can honestly say that I was blown away by the relaxing and laid back, yes I said relaxing and laid back, car buying experience! No sales pressure, no haggling over price, just a straight up purchase with no hidden or confusing terms or agreements. Everything was laid out on the table. Plain and simple. Had a car shipped from NJ to the Doral Office. Needless to say, the car was not in show condition. The manager, Andrew, quickly attempted to correct the issue but the car was NOT for us. Andrew took the time to find something comparable and we ended up purchasing that one! Andrew sent above and beyond. He passed me the Michael Castillo to complete the sale, and again, Michael went above and beyond in making sure everything was in order. While I would give poor marks to the NJ Carmax, i give great marks to the Doral location for making things right.

We loved our 2011 Prius but no longer needed to have a second vehicle, so we decided to sell it. I contacted 3 of the major players in this market, and I went with AutoNation. The customer service was outstanding, the price was good, and the whole process from beginning to end was incredibly easy. To be honest, we just wanted the car gone asap, and AutoNation was easy to navigate. I did everything online and made an appointment to take the car in for an inspection. The online form is really a checklist where you indicate the features of the car and what condition each of the major features is in. At my assigned time, I drove the vehicle to the store, and the representative looked over the car and revised the estimate down by a little due to a damaged computer screen (which you cannot report on the online form). (NOTE: The online form is a checklist and does not allow you to explain things much at all. That will happen at the dealership.) I liked the original price I was quoted, and I still liked the new price with the small deduction. I felt no pressure to sell at any point, and I agreed to the new price immediately. I submitted the car title (that I had brought with me), and the representative dealt with the paperwork. After about 30 minutes, he came back with all the forms and I signed. I gave him the keys, and I went home. SUCCESS! I recommend AutoNation when you want to sell your used vehicle.
