We had a great experience with our salesman at the Maplewood location. Stephen Redlinger was outstanding! Felt he was honest and took an extra mile to find us the right car. Thank you Steve. As for the woman who was trying to sell us packages to add on. We almost bought a package that would cost us 800. It was already on the car. Did not appreciate that! Dave Redick was next. Some of our paper work does not match up so we will need to go back. The woman rep that he talked to didn’t even apologize. Like it was no big deal to drive back and have our paper work corrected. My husband is very ill and it is a challenging to go back to the dealership. Again Steve was great!

Just purchased by 3rd 4runner Limited. Love that Toyota is reliable and I like sitting up over looking traffic. Toyota's hold there resale value. I did not purchase the extended warranty, I've never used it previously and think it's a waste of money unless you pur a EV. Also, the dealership might try to get you to buy windshield coverage....it's already in my auto insurance coverage. Shop around for rates, usually a credit union has pretty good rates if your credit score is good. Dealerships generally run higher interest rates. Also, make sure you get 2 key fobs. Just offering some general buying tips.

This vehicle is very expensive to repair/parts. I've been hit a couple times already and the paint alone is very expensive / orange is what it appears as..

It’s a 2023 so it only has 25’000 miles on it at this time, but I’m absolutely satisfied with the purchase. Sure, it’s not designed to be fast, ultra-comfortable, fuel efficient, but it excels in handling rough ranch roads and rough Dallas city potholes, nice narrow body for tight parking. It’s great as a highway cruiser, and the secret of the 4Runner is if you go 30-40mph over a fairly level road (AC off) you’ll hit 60mpg! Quite happy with it, a real urban assault vehicle, wish they came with a better selection of exterior colours though 👍

Toys was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about our new Carola Cross. He was clear and concise when showing us what we needed to know about the vehicle.

Love the car My first 4Runner that I have owned sits higher than a normal SUV .I love the lights very bright lights up the road. I have a big dog she goes in the back with plenty of room she loves that the window opens. The two negatives that I have are that my lights are not auto and the lift gate is not powered I had those in my last vehicle so I have to mentally make some adjustments. But still love the car❤️

We bought a 4 year old vehicle, which was in great condition but had an unexpected mechanical issue within the first few weeks. It ended up being a costly, substantial repair. Without any push back, Rudy Luther’s Toyota stood behind the warranty with integrity and great customer service. Everyone we dealt with was respectful and professional. They took what started as an issue that really concerned us and made it right! Even though we live 85 miles away from the dealership, we plan on buying our next vehicles from them. I absolutely LOVE my 2023 4Runner TRD Off-Road Premium . Love the rear glass that rolls down for extra breeze with moonroof open. Only 4 stars on comfort as passenger seat in front has no lumbar support which wife needs. Also own 2015 Tacoma 4x4 crew Cab/ manual and 2018 Land Cruiser. We value Reliability, Dependability, and vehicles that are OVERBUILT for the job. Toyota/Lexus is the only brand that we will ever buy for our needs, and the only place we buy is from The Tracy Job Team at Shottenkirk Toyota in Quincy, Ill. Simply the BEST!!

We were fortunate to be able to purchase 2 new vehicles in 2023 from Luther Brookdale Toyota and love the vehicles. We did want a hybrid then but did not get one as we thought we'd have to plug it in. Since talking to someone who had bought a hybrid twin of our gas powered RAV 4, we dicovered that was not the case. We came back to Luther Brookdale Toyota this year to trade the gas only RAV 4 we loved for a new hybrid RAV 4. The staff from sales, finance, accessories, service to customer service both then and now are absolutely awesome. Shout out to Jeff Gammack and Abdi Ibrahim for amazing assistance, thorough knowledge of the vehicle and service plans, etc. You gentlemen are awesome.

Purchased a new 2024 Toyota GR Corolla from Rudy Luther. This was a positive experience. I knew there was little chance to go slow MSRP on a new Circuit Edition, but the dealership did not ask for more than MSRP, and have me a fair price for my 2014 Prius. Good transaction.

We just purchased a Toyota Sienna and had an excellent experience at Rudy Luther! We found the Sienna on cars.com and connected with Kris Fox who promised to follow up as soon as the car was available for viewing. True to his word, he called us as soon as it was available, which was a good thing since someone else was interested and arrived just before us to test drive the car. Apparently as soon as the car became available several sales people, including Kris, were driving up to the warehouse to pick it up for viewing. We’re grateful for his quick action and communication so we were the second to view the car and decided to purchase it. It was easy to work with Luther to arrange financing we were satisfied with and they went the extra mile to make sure the car was clean and prepped when we picked it up. After 2 full days of trying to buy an Audi with cash maplewood Audi dealership didn’t want to sell me one of there cars at all I’m going there to give sales men there a little something for not selling me an overpriced premium gas using fragile cars I say that because Richfield Audi was more concerned about selling packages then autos I’d love to thank them to because I thought I’d stop by Toyota invergrove on way to Richfield and I ran into pou and and right away I knew this is the guy I’m buying from and within a few hour I was driving away a happy camper with a suv getting 40 miles mpg. I’m going to think about these people every gas station I pass for a long long time and then some and everybody knows why because it’s a Toyota. Number one selling anything in the world and most likely all worlds but don’t concern yourself about it there just here because it’s the only place they can get a Toyota lol love and peace to all thank you toyota

I had an excellent experience at Maplewood Toyota buying a RAV4 Hybrid. Initially I was looking at a competitively priced 1-2 year-old used one which I found they had on-hand during an online search of several twin cities dealerships. But after a test drive at their site, my salesperson, Bobby Higgins, shared the new car allocation schedule with me and we found one with the key features I wanted that was a few weeks away from delivery. I was able to customize the order, removing options I didn't want and ended with up a new car for the same competitive price as the used one. When the car arrived a few weeks later, it only took a little over a hour to get though the purchasing process (no financing, no trade involved), review the key features, download the Toyota app on my phone and pair my phone to the car. These guys deserve a raise in my opinion. They are positive and uplifting, knowledgeable and kind. I recommend this specific dealership. I just bought a 540i from Josh Smith. Josh is a class act, a wealth of knowledge and a relationship builder vs. pushy sales person. Five stars for Josh. Working with Lea in the F&I office left a lot to be desired which is why I’m leaving four stars. She is standoffish, rude and not a pleasant person to work with. I was within a minute of pulling the plug on the deal and went to Motorwerks from dealing with her. I had to swing by the service department today to top off the coolant. Was in and out in five minutes.

Darin was fantastic, one of the best we’ve ever had. Welcoming, friendly and so patient with us, especially explaining car details and lease agreements, sometimes more than once. He let us take the time we needed, didn’t rush us at all. Great job of training us up on the Camry 2025, especially how a hybrid (our first) works. Made sure the Toyota App was functioning properly before we left the dealership (it wasn’t at first), and took the car to the shop to clean a couple of spots on the backseat. He made the experience much less stressful than anticipated. Darin is a great Toyota rep and IGH a great dealership. We are huge fans and longtime customers as a result.
