Mike Davis was very patient & took the time to make sure that I left out there in the perfect vehicle . They were super helpful and assisted from the moment I stepped in the door to completing the purchase, explaining every option in detail, including the drive test, car pickup, and follow-ups after car delivery. Faris was caught in back to back calls and assisting multiple clients at the same time, but he managed to dedicate time to my questions and requests well. Came in for an oil change. The wait was around 2 1/2 hrs but they have plenty of of plugs to plug your phone , Tablet , ets so time didn?t seem that long. Malik was the agent who assisted with my appointment and he was amazing. Hope to have home again for future appointments.
