Dereck was the most honest, knowledgeable and patient salesperson I've ever encountered. He took the time to make sure I left with a vehicle I felt comfortable in and loved. He never rushes me and was nice. He made the stressful part of finding a new vehicle easy. I do however feel the finance person rushed and was not very patient.
