I wanted to trade in my 2017 Rav4 and get a new one. I am new to the area and had never been to this dealership before, but it was the closest Toyota to my home. I was lucky to be approached by salesman Omar Kaskas when I walked in the showroom. He really listened to my wants & concerns, and found the right car in their inventory for me. I wanted a 2022 Highlander but I couldnt get more money for it from my credit union unless I cancelled the loan I already had and re-applied for a higher loan. I couldnt stomach risking being left with no loan.

The dealership is well run, sales is not pushing, the service department is very efficient and with a very strong focus on quality and customer service.
