You normally dread coming into the dealer, but Steven, made this process simple and easy. He was able to explain everything in detail, had patience, and professionalism. I have a very pleasant experience with AutoNation. I bought my car through Costco and the AutoNation representative; Andy was very helpful and responsive. I knew the trim I wanted based on the desired amenities but Andy was able to point out different packages that gave me much more at a better price point. There was no pressure and when I was ready to buy, he found the perfect car for me and had it delivered to the site.

The sale provided excellent customer service Auto nation. Morr importantly, I got my car at the price I was expected. He did try hard to get me thr price. I walked out the door with big smile. The facility is clean with complementary drink. The price, the car, the cleaness of the facility, and customer service. I love them all.

It was a busy afternoon so I was told it would take 2 hours, after 36 minutes. I was told my vehicle was done. I paid for it with a 10% discount coupon that was sent to me in the mail. They had the wrong info and my vehicle was still being worked on. I waited til noon (10am appointment time) and got my vehicle back. The wifi and internet service there was non working. So that sucked.
