Ty did a great job in helping me select the best car to fit my needs. I chose a Camry hybrid and am very pleased with the ease of use and its performance. It also has a lot of additional safety features such as back up camera and alerts which my old car did not have. I also like the fact it is a sedan which is harder to find since SUVs seem to be more of what are offered these days. I am also impressed with the graphical display.

My only complaint was on the website it showed a rav4 hybrid I was interested in to have heated seats and steering wheel. I drive 2 hrs too the dealership and the vehicle did not have these options in it. They did take 500 bucks off the price for my troubles though

I would highly recommend Derek for any kind of help you might need for a car. I have a 2024 Rav 4 that I did not buy from Joseph Toyota, regretfully. I have owned it for 3 months and did not know how to program or understand how to manage the options on the screen. Derek took the time to go over every option and setting in the car. He broke down the dashboard and showed me how to use and change available choices, along with options on the steering wheel. He was very helpful and patient for an hour going through the menu and buttons on the car. He gave me his card and told me to call or text him any time I got confused or couldn't figure out how to use something in the car. I highly recommend seeing Adam Hussein if you are in the market for a new car. He was adamant about getting me the best deal possible on a new car. That being said, when you are ready to do the paperwork, be prepared for a subtle, continuous pressure to buy an extended warranty. I hate to confess that I caved to the pressure because I zeroed in on "10 years" and not "85,000 miles". My previous Toyotas have made it over the 130,000 mile mark with no issues that would have required an extended warranty. It's 4 days later and I'm still obsessing about agreeing to that warranty!
